We can accommodate 8 people with 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and an enclosed porch. There are 3 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. There is also one large bedroom with 1 twin and 1 double. Pets welcome. You will also have use of the neighborhood's private beach a short walk down the street. 5 night minimum (summer 2026). Ask about shorter stays.

Enjoy the relaxing ambiance of private waterfront home on beautiful Lake Champlain. The home was originally constructed in 1840 by the family for whom our bay is named. The lakeside fire pit & patio are a great place to chill by the water. There are 3 King bedrooms, a trundle bed (2 twins) and 1 bedroom with 2 twins. One King bedroom with walk in shower is on the first first floor. We have a 1/2 bath on the first floor and 2 full baths on the second floor. No large parties.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Lake Champlain, Montreal, Ferry to Vermont, Lake Placid-Saranac Lake area is within minutes to only an hour. The City of Plattsburgh boasts the historical Strand Theater, and SUNY Plattsburgh. The Ausable Chasm is a must see. Great golf courses too! It is a charming area and the home is too, located on an acre with plenty of mature trees.

Our house is very open and spacious. It is designed to get around easily. There are multiple places to sit and eat or enjoy nature. The house has numerous windows and is well lit. There is a lot of deck space and a big back yard for games. We are always friendly and open, just down the road if anything is needed! We love meeting new people and do what we can to make your stay comfortable!
