Your accommodation is a fully furnished room with a new king size bed and a small bathroom. A separate entrance leads to the private room above our garage that includes a table, comfortable seating, mini-fridge, coffee-maker, wifi. Towels provided. This is a perfect spot for a quiet retreat, when you want to be close enough to Burlington to pop in for dinner, a concert, an afternoon out, but far enough away to be removed from city noises. Easy parking. 3 miles or 12 minutes by car to downtown!
“Gabriele was a great host, she was very responsive and provided additionally amenities that were very nice of her. You can tell she takes great pride in her space, and she was very welcoming and helpful. Great place to stay. Nice and spacious, private room w/ separate entrance. Everything was very nicely set up and super clean. Quick drive to DT Burlington, access to local bike path, and close to some parks. But far enough away in low key, relaxing neighborhood where you can relax, if that’s what you’re into. I recommend this place 100%, and if we ever go back we’d love to stay here again.”
I live in this beautiful flat with a cat named Josephine in case either of those facts is a deal breaker. Cosy Yellow is the smaller of the 2 bedrooms available in this Victorian home. It is bright & free of anyone else's clutter. The location is walking distance from downtown and the waterfront. Laundry & Apple TV among other amenities.The breakfast are of the highest quality organic, fair trade and locally sourced food. I can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and grain free diets.
“Staying at Deborah’s place was a dream! The space itself is ridiculously charming & quite beautiful, inside & out. A little oasis tucked right into the heart of the city. Beautiful landscaping surrounds the home, with a sweet backyard space open to guests. Urban paradise, indeed! A five minute walk to the waterfront, or to the city center—location-wise, it can’t be beat. Her entire home was immaculate, & the room I stayed in was cosy, with thoughtful touches everywhere. And you’ll not find a better host—Accommodating and friendly, Deborah was easy to communicate with before my arrival, and even more so in person! She prepared a delicious spread for breakfast, served in her sunroom (that I thought about hours after my departure!). Warm, welcoming, and generous, Deborah is a true gem (and her space reflects this!). I would highly recommend a stay with her!”

Stay in our beautifully finished in-law apartment and relax on a private deck overlooking gardens and orchard. Eight blocks from downtown in the quiet Five Sister's Neighborhood. Walking distance to Church Street, seven amazing breweries, the waterfront, and scores of terrific restaurants.
“Such a wonderful place to stay. The place is exactly how described and very nice and clean. The backyard and neighboring gardens were beautiful to look at. Walking distance to many different places. A great gelato place; shy guy is greet place for dessert and so close by! We took a walk to the waterfront for some great views and places to eat. If you like bagels there’s plenty of places around as well! They are great hosts and were very easy to get a hold of if needed. I wouldn’t mind staying here on my next trip”
