Vacation rentals with breakfast in Platte County

The house was exactly what this weary traveler needed. Great bed and Spectacular Shower Pressure made for an extra comfortable stay. The snacks and morning coffee you provided were very much appreciated. Don’t be scared off by location of train tracks. Once inside it’s a peaceful home away from home. Bravo 5 Stars.

The place was very clean and well stocked with everything we could’ve needed, the location worked very well for us especially when we were headed to/from downtown.

We had a blast the house was clean and organized, especially the kitchen since the cabinets were labelled.

Ryan’s home was so clean and was very communicative and accommodating for our move!

We had a great stay! If we decide to go back to a Royals game, we'll absolutely stay again. It was very clean and private. 5 minute walk to Kauffman Stadium. Everything was great!

We made memories here that we’ll cherish forever and can’t wait to return. Five stars aren’t enough—this place is a gem!

Adam is an excellent host. He was immediately available whenever I had questions. Note that the laundry is in a basement with a separate entrance that’s not attached the house but otherwise the place is great!

We had a wonderful stay! just the right number of beds for us. we greatly enjoyed the large table to play card games around and the kids absolutely loved the Foosball and arcade games! They even had extra snacks in in the kitchen which the kids greatly enjoyed! it was a wonderful stay and we would return again!

Nice place. The top bunks did make us nervous since they don't have guard rails but we enjoyed our stay. The hosts are friendly and give you plenty of information to make it easy to find and enjoy.

Decent hotel. Room was as advertised, but doesn’t appear to be in the best location. We had no issues though. Continental breakfast was essentially gone by 8:30

We enjoyed our 6-night stay at Tammy’s BnB in Basehor. The upstairs home and bakery were lovely and homey. The location was ideal for visiting KU and KC, and the baked goods were delicious. We tried their cinnamon rolls, cookies, blackberry bread and Saturday morning biscuits and gravy - all are highly recommended! Thanks again, Tammy and Annie!

Book this space. Like, seriously. Chris was super friendly, a great host, very communicative. The actual Lodge was GORGEOUS. The attention to detail of decor had us sitting there in awe. Beautiful decor, cozy layout, great space, comfy furniture and bed, amazing shower, cute patio area, unassuming outside, super easy to find and access. We even caught him at the perfect time to get to check out the other spaces and some recs for good local food! I’m pretty sure we’d move in tomorrow if Chris was up for renting! We’ll definitely be back!

I have stayed in Kim's apartments several times. I have always enjoyed. Only suggestion, put a brighter lightbulb l above the door that goes into the apartment. We checked in after dark, and it was extremely hard to read the numbers on the keypad. Other than that, it was a very good experience.

Great place that's pet friendly. The apartment was as described with everything we needed. There are neighbors but we never heard a peep from them; very quiet and respectful. Some of the neighbors do seem to be lacking adequate storage as their belongings are being stored outside causing some clutter around the building, but it was no problem and everyone was extremely friendly. We had a great stay with an easy check-in and enjoyed being left alone to relax and visit with friends & family. We hope to be back to Kansas City again soon, and will be looking forward to booking with this host again!!

This was exactly the place my soul needed. Was here for just a quick overnight getaway with my puppy, and the relaxing and beautiful surroundings were perfect. Noria and Bonnie are delightful hosts and shared of their bountiful garden with me. I’ll definitely be a return guest in the future!!

We had a blast staying with Patricia!! She is an amazing host! She greeted us with tea and biscuits when we arrived and the next morning she served a multiple course breakfast. Her home is beautiful and cozy, complete with some sweet cats. This is a perfect place to stay for a girls weekend or an anniversary get-away. I will definitely book again!

Amy & Erich were very friendly and we were quite comfortable in the Roost. We were happy to be able to charge our car. We enjoyed an early morning walk to the University along with Erich's lattes and Amy's muffins.

The one room space was very well planned! The three of us didn’t feel crowded at all! We used the sleeper sofa and ate breakfast together at the small table. The homemade breakfast burritos and sweet bread left for us were good and a very thoughtful gift! Our hosts also left us apple cider from the local orchard! These hosts love their BnB and we greatly appreciated the clean well designed space and their generosity.

My husband and I really liked our stay. The room was clean and homey. Easy to find, get into the building and room, and quiet. We loved the weekend breakfast. It was delicious and beautifully set up. This is our first bed and breakfast and we would like to do it again. Response time was quick. Recommend this place.

It takes a special person to invite strangers into your home and make them feel right at home! I was grateful for the hospitality and warmth of the place and our host! It is a simple and peaceful place to stay and not too far from the city too! Breakfast that is served is delicious. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch with coffee and granola in the morning light! Would highly recommend!
