Happy to be back at this place again. Excellent apartment perfect for remote work. Within walking distance of the city park, walking trails and city pool.

The place was very clean and it had all the extra essentials we could need like hairdryer and lots of extra towels. He also was very good at communicating and responded quickly and was understanding.

This was a perfect stay with easy access to the Post and downtown areas. Plenty of room for parking and the air conditioner worked perfectly, especially for this Alaskan.

The Park House was a wonderful place to stay. We were in room 4 which is at the top of the 4th floor. There is no elevator but at 80, I still was okay getting up, and down for that matter. The room was worth the hike up the stairs. It was large, comfortable, very clean. There is a train that goes by that is less than a block away and it does blow its whistle all night HOWEVER, you are provided ear plugs which worked well enough to block the sound. During the night the train does a quiet "toot toot" so it does not bother you. There is a great coffee house right across the street from the Park House with excellent coffee and breakfast sandwiches and some sweets. Even with being on the main street there is little street noise and even with the train we will DEFINETLY make the Park House our place to stay when in Kansas City. Loved it.

Crystal was wonderful! She made the entire process easy and super fast to answer questions. We enjoyed our stay and the location. Next time we are in KC we will stay with Crystal!

We had such a relaxing time! The apartment had beautiful natural light and was very open. The home was clean, warm, and inviting. Jeff was super helpful and kind. He also makes the best muffins ever! We also loved how central we were to everything. We hope to stay again soon!

Exactly as advertised, great space for the price. Lucas was an amazing host and quickly responded anytime we needed something. Easy walking distance to the splash pad, pool, playground, and library for kids. There's some noise when people upstairs move around, but otherwise a fantastic spot. I would book it again.

This is the second time I have stayed at Yellow Door, and just like the first time it did not disappoint. The hosts are friendly and easy to communicate with, they make everything easy from check in to check out. The house was prefect for our weekend stay and convenient for downtown dining and other activities. We are very pleased with all the house amenities, it was clean and tidy. Definitely a great place for a weekend stay.

My son and I stayed in the place while he looked for a permanent location. The apartment was very nice with friendly neighbors.

We had a great time at this location. Many options for dining and entertainment all within minimal walking distance. Amenities were nice, pay attention to hosts directions as the hallways can get confusing without. We enjoyed our stay and would book again with this host

Joy was a fabulous host. He place is beautiful and in a perfect location. I was there for my daughter’s graduation and it was in a perfect location. The patio is beautiful and a great place to relax. I would definitely go back! Thank you!!

New, modern, clean. Great location. Responsive and helpful hosts. Modern decor and well-stocked with a few thoughtful extras. Enjoyable stay, will return.

We loved our stay at Abbeys! It was exactly what we needed for the weekend and we loved being able to walk everywhere that we needed to go. Great walkable dining and trails and very close to Whole Foods. Our dog was able to use a fully fenced backyard and we were so happy to have peace of mind with him in the home. Would love to stay again!

Great location for KU visit while having all the perks of Mass St. shops/restaurants/shopping steps away. Fun garage door open concept was perfect on a spring day and the Saturday farmers market right outside was a pleasant bonus. Once we mastered the parking app, things simplified- but it was a bit confusing at first as the app was having some technical issues with location. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and host was quickly responsive with some TV issues we had. We would definitely stay at The Happy Hawk again.

We had a wonderful time staying with Nichole! She was super responsive and friendly and the apartment was large and very immaculate. Also the location is absolutely unbeatable! Next time we’re in town we will certainly be looking to return!
