LA GUARDIA is a 70 Ha farm and forestry estate, 45 km from Barcelona and 50 km from Girona. Close to the Montnegre-Corredor Natural Park and the Montseny Biosphere Reserve. Blanes is very well connected to Barcelona: by train, a train every 30 minutes, to arrive in the heart of Barcelona in 1 hour 20 minutes and by road (70 km).
