A simple and well-equipped house in an elegant coastal villa near Barcelona. Next to the beach and the train station. It has two floors and a beautiful terrace with views facing the sea, a kitchen-office, a living-dining room, two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, two bathrooms, and a guest toilet. There are stairs: not suitable for people with reduced mobility in a wheelchair.

Comfortable, spacious house by the beach, with plenty of natural light and sea views from the terrace. Completely furnished, with air conditioning, comfortable beds and a modern lounge/ kitchen area. Direct train connection to Barcelona from Premià de Mar Station, 30 minutes from the city centre.

It is a wooden house, the space is small but it has a double bed with a closet and table, it continues with a mini kitchen with everything equipped, a bathroom and shower, a garden terrace with a table and chairs and, views of the sea. It is close but independent of the host's house.

We offer our private studio on the ground floor of our house. It has its own bathroom and a kitchen box. Guests have access to the patio, garden and the laundry room. We live upstairs, so we are always available to help you with any doubts or questions.
