The house of almost 170 m2, with heating and air conditioning, is right in the center of the village. Restaurants and supermarkets are very close. You will feel like another local. The beach is 10 minutes by car and the Natural Park of s'Albufera is 4 km away. If you are looking for tranquility and a local atmosphere, Sa Pobla is one of the most authentic towns. Our beautiful Mallorcan townhouse is located in the historic town of Pollenca on a quiet street, just a short stroll from the main square and Calvari steps. It sleeps 6 people and has a pretty courtyard garden. Only 40 minutes from Palma, it's the perfect retreat for a long weekend or an extended trip to explore and unwind. We’ve lived in this part of Mallorca for over 30 years and this house has been in our family for 20. We’re now delighted to be able to host it on Airbnb.

Esta casa es un proyecto que se inició en el 2005 y se a finalizado en el 2018. Se realizó en varios períodos pero ahora es un proyecto hecho realidad. Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.

Spacious gardens (ca. 2.500 m2) with old trees, including a thousand-year-old olive tree, a large private swimming pool (5 x 10 m) with terraces and views of the bay of Pollença. Large, partly covered terraces (ca. 60 m2) surrounding the house and a big adjacent barbecue (1,20 x 0,60 m). Mixing Mallorquin and German styles, the renovation of the house was finished in July 2018 using mostly eco friendly, non-toxic materials.
