Very quiet area and comfortable house with very comfortable beds, the truth is as if you were at home. We had a great and relaxing stay. The house is located in a quiet area but 5-10 minutes' drive from supermarkets and many restaurants. The accommodation is very clean and very well-equipped. The bedding is very comfortable. The outdoor amenities are very well thought out (the outdoor shower is great). The heated pool is great! Calp is a lovely city with beautiful beaches and beautiful views. It's easy to visit Alicante, Altea, Guadalest and many other sites. A big thank you to Isabelle and her husband for their warm welcome.

Albufereta is a lovely peaceful resort, amazing beach and great Tram service for travelling to other areas. 2 huge supermarkets, nice restaurants and cafes. Juan's apartment is fantastic with a huge balcony (very safe as enclosed by windows which you can open) looking directly onto the beach and sea. The apartment block, swimming pool, garden and tennis courts are immaculate and the apartment itself has everything you could possibly need and more. We were often the only people in the pool. It was perfect and we had a lovely holiday. Juan was great at communicating and was very flexible. Thanks Juan for letting us stay in your lovely home.

We are very happy with your stay. First of all, a wonderful Hostess, always helpful and very committed. The apartment is cozy, exactly as in the photos. We were most interested in a comfortable terrace, because this is where we spent the most time when we were in the apartment and we were not disappointed. Large balcony with a nice view and very comfortable furniture. In addition, we could store our bikes on the balcony and it was very important for us. Thank you very much. The location is very convenient. On the one hand, a few steps and you are on the beach, on the other hand, a few steps and you are on the bike path. There are also grocery stores nearby. Private parking space available. Highly recommended.
