The upper apartment has 1 bedroom with king size bed (180x200 with2 mattresses), big bathroom with toilet, 1 separate toilet, open kitchen, dining room, large living room with nice open views, balcony. Air-conditioning in the bedroom. Ideal for 2 people. The lower apartment has 1 bedroom with queen size bed (160x200), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200), 1 bathroom, open kitchen, living room. Bedrooms have air-conditioning. (up to 4 persons). Both apartments have: Big fridge/freezer, dishwasher, micro-wave, coffee machine, safe deposit box, air-conditioning, iron, hairdryer, washing machine, etc. Before reserving please read the special house rules regarding utility charges.

It is situated along the idyllic coastline of Calpe with its famous rock “the Peňon Ifach” and close by its old city center (2,5-3 km.) with shops, restaurants, sandy beaches and boulevards. You will need a scooter or car to move around. The fully equipped kitchen is for self catering.
