There were 10 of us celebrating a birthday down here. Spacious luxury house directly on the beach. Large pool and several areas where you could pull away if you needed to work or have a quiet moment. Andrea and her husband were so nice and quick to respond and fix if there was any thought. Tasteful, luxurious and thoughtful with all modern touches as well as technical solutions. A dream home I would like to have for family and friends. Villa Thorodin gets 5 stars.

We absolutely loved our stay at La cometa , Karine was a super host extremely responsive , we had no issues at all , everything was very clear and Karine checked all was ok which it was. Area we know very well , it’s a fabulous location with lots of culinary options , bars , lovely shops , supermarkets etc . The villa was very clean , a lovely large pool , views from allover the villa . Roof terrace beautiful, bbq area perfect thouroughly enjoyed the outside kitchen . Boules area and pool toys , very equipt for young children , ours are grown up teenagers and they enjoyed it . Garden and plants gorgeous has a lovely feel . Pool man comes twice a week no issue for us , we were home each time , he is very pleasant . We didn’t really watch tv as it was super hot July and no need for it , spent most of the two weeks in the pool allday ! . We would definitely book the villa again lovely lovely find! We had a wonderful family vacation in the house. It is nice and spacious and very neat. In terms of location, you have a nice view of Calpe and the villa is quietly located, which is very nice. The contact was always friendly and fast and they were very nice to think about the flexible check-in time in connection with our early flight time. Highly recommended!

We've had a great stay at the Jave. The house was very spacious, well equipped and private. The outside was beautiful and offered a lot of possibilities for swimming, sunbathing, cooking and eating. It matches the description and the pictures very well. The hosts were very forthcoming and the communication was easy and fast. We can only recommend the Jave!

Fantastic family stay with lots of memories made. Location was perfect, very peaceful with fantastic views of the sea and mountains. Accommodation was perfect for our large family, adults and kids all loved it. Andres was a very attentive host, very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this as a place to stay for peace and tranquility.

Despite difficulties at the beginning with technology, Nico was super responsive. The bug fix was quick . The villa is beautiful , the view unique. I can only recommend it. Thank you again to Nico :) .

We spent almost 2 weeks at this beautiful and very located villa. The outdoor kitchen is the star of the show! It's well equipped with anything and everything you could possibly need for outdoor cooking/living. We spent most nights here and in the pool area. This is exactly what we came to Spain for. The area is very convenient. Short 4-5 minute walk down to Cala Advocat, which is a beautiful and quaint bay with a great little xiringuito. Inge is a very responsive and thoughtful host. She was always quick to reply and her communication was very clear. We thought the welcome gift was a lovely and sweet touch! Thank you!

Great stay at this beautiful villa true to description and photos. Beautiful view! Welcome and departure very warm. Excellent contact with hosts available for any questions or problems. Clean and secure villa in a very quiet area, well located 15 min from benidorm center and 45 min from alicante by car. Grocery stores 5 mins by car. Parking possible in front of the house. We'll be happy to come back, thank you for hosting us!

We spent a very happy few days with all my family in Mane's house. The property is very comfortable and well thought out for a perfect stay. All appliances, beds , bedding, kitchen, and kitchen utensils, are of good quality. the pool is good size and super cared for. In the house there is a lot of tranquility and the view of the forest is very relaxing. The house has three large bedrooms on one level. Two of them do not have air conditioning only fans. We have not been hot but in the ad this circumstance is not clear and I think it has to be specified because in summer Jávea it is very hot. The master bedroom if it has air conditioning and a bathroom in suit. On the other hand, the garden is spacious but is much less taken care of than what you see in the listing of the house. Despite these details , I would recommend Mane's house for some great vacillons

What a absolutely great experience!! The house was beautiful, clean, and the the view is spectacular. Rait helped us from the beginning and was kind enough to really help us communicate with the taxi companies and went as far as helping us out into town. He also made a fantastic list of his recommended restaurants and sites to see. Fantastic experience and would highly recommend this wonderful home!!

The villa was a dream and we had a really good time. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The villa was as it was shown in the photos. We would definitely come back!

The villa was really clean, comfortable and stylish. We loved the terrace and the views. The pool was unheated so a little bit chilly for the time of year but there were plenty of different places to sit and enjoy the stunning views and the warm sunshine. The villa had everything we needed (except multiple sets of keys which were supplied when we asked for them). Just a note that we did not realise that two of the bedrooms were only accessed from outside the property-this did not matter as our party were all adults/teens but visitors with younger children may want to know that. Ani (the local host) was really welcoming, great at communicating, helping us know what to do and where to go, and answering our questions. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Silvia was an absolutely phenomenal host! She was so responsive and went above and beyond on any of our queries on the lead up to our stay and during our stay also. The villa was stunning and very clean, exactly as pictured and the pool was bigger than expected. The villa was extremely family friendly (we were a party with kids and babies) and everything was set up as discussed ahead of time (baby cots, highchairs and baby bath). The villa had all the amenities you would need and more! We did 3 BBQ's whilst there. The beautiful Mucha Vista beach is very close about a 10 minute walk. A Mercadona supermarket is also about 10 minute walk which had everything we needed though we did get a taxi to a Carrefour once. Silvia also helped us to make reservations at restaurants as our party was quite big! We would 100% recommend this villa and Silvia as our host!

We absolutely loved our stay in Jitske’s villa! Close enough to walk to the beach and so peaceful and quiet. The villa was spotless when we arrived! The kitchen was well equipped, showers were amazing and the outdoor space was incredible. Jitske was extremely friendly and responsive to messages. Will definitely be returning in future ☺️

This was one of the most beautiful properties i've stayed in. We felt at home straight away. Everything felt perfect and comfortable. The rooms were all great size with amazing Italian decor. The furniture is amazing and high quality. Each room has its own balcony with the most amazing view of the Mediterranean sea. Each balcony is a big enough for you to enjoy. Hearing the sound of the ocean morning and night was such a unique experience. Everything is so well thought out in the property, the kitchen well equipped and the bathroom has all the amenities you need. There is a lift in the property which is so handy. The garage is great with everything from beach chairs and towels for you to go down to the beach or to the swimming pool. The best thing about this property was the Host Pepa and her family. They were always helpful and nothing was too much for them. They made us feel like family. We can not wait to go back. If you get the opportunity to stay here please do.

Igor's place was perfectly kitted out. large and spacious with great Air-con and facilities. The location is excellent and the views from are 2st floor balcony are very nice. The view from the ground floor were a little restricted due to some trees sadly obscuring the view of the bay. However, these trees will he gone in the next few months and the view will be a huge unrestricted panoramic view of the whole of the peninsula. Stunning. Igor was a great host and communication was very good. Karen met us early to check in and was available via phone throughout our stay. Highly recommended.

What a nice place! The house was super clean and taken care of to the last detail. Everything you need was immediately present, from kitchen essentials to fine towels. What made it extra pleasant was the layout: with two separate spaces it is perfect if you travel with friends and appreciate a little more privacy. An ideal place to stay comfortably and relaxed - definitely recommended!

Stay’s at Fran’s Villa 12th-15th May for my Hen party. Fran quickly responded with any questions we had, quick check in and absolutely beautiful villa. There were plenty of seats, plenty of deck chairs, the rooms were spacious and absolutely beautiful. Taxis easily found were we were staying, the pool was amazing. Hopefully, we can have another holiday here soon! Thank you so much, would absolutely recommend Fran and her villa any day!

We had a lovely stay, just be aware the place you pick the key up is quite a drive away. Everything was spotlessly clean. Stunning scenery. Restaurants are all a 15-20 minute drive away, due to its location.

Great place, very friendly and pragmatic hosts. The property has come a bit into the year, yet the value for money is very good and Dave and his father Oscar took care of themselves quickly and pragmatically! Glad to come back.

We had an amazing holiday at Clio and Nadines villa.... the villa is stunning and it had everything we needed. It is decorated with style and quality bedding etc. plus kitchen is well equipped and fans and aircon standard in all rooms. The outdoor area is lovely with different areas to relax and an outdoor kitchen and gas bbq for dining outside. Moraira is such a lovely holiday destination and the villa made it extra special. We have young kids 4 and 6 and they loved the pool, however be warned there is no 'shallow end' if you have really little ones it is quite a deep pool, but is heated which took the edge off as we were there early in the season. We hope to return to Sunset villa as we loved it ❤️

Pictures don't do this place justice. This house is so great if you are seeking quiet and peace with space to spread out and also very close to the beach (8 minutes) and the supermarket (5 minutes). We loved going to the great beaches around but LOVED having this house to ourselves and enjoyed many hours on the porch and by the pool. The house was squeaky clean and they had a tv you could watch Disney, prime and Netflix.. great after a long day in the sun. The house was dead quiet and dark and cool... great for great nights of sleep. Lots of space. Highly recommend for a weekend outside of the hustle and bustle and peace. Communication was very easy with David.
