Grazioso e funzionale appartamento, molto luminoso, composto da zona cucina, zona soggiorno, due camere, un bagno e due terrazze vivibili di cui una con una bellissima vista mare. Un letto matrimoniale in una camera e due letti singoli nell'altra, che all'esigenza si trasformano in letto matrimoniale. Si trova vicino a bellissime spiagge e scogliere raggiungibili anche a piedi. La cittadina dista ad appena 30 minuti da Alghero, Stintino e Castelsardo.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt mit einem äußerst freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut, die Unterkunft sauber und geräumig in sehr ruhiger Lage, die zum Entspannen Einlad. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank!

Benvenuti a Casa Rosmarino!

Il Rosmarino is a very nice holiday appartment to explore the North of Sardinia. It has all the facilities you need, together with a big private and quiet garden surrounding it, and the option to use the pool of the holiday home next to it. Communication with Matteo was proactive, friendly and also helped with some local recommendations. So highly recommend!

Coastal sand dunes are covered in vibrant green vegetation and scattered pink flowers, providing a contrast against the soft, light-colored sand. The scene is enhanced by a clear blue sky and the distant view of waves along the shoreline.

Siamo arrivati in 4 (2 adulti, due bambini di 6 e 9). La casa è un po' piccola (come da descrizione), ma in posizione strategica a 4 minuti a piedi dal mare, immersa in un villaggio ombreggiato e tranquillo. E' fornita di tutto il necessario, lavatrice, wi-fi, lenzuola, accessori per la cucina e una dispensa con alcuni prodotti per chi non ha ancora fatto la spesa il primo giorno. Michele è sempre stato gentile e pronto a rispondere a ogni richiesta. Consigliatissimo per visitare il nord ovest della Sardegna

Appartamento perfetto, come da descrizione e anche meglio. Tutto nuovo e ben curato. Gli host sono gentili e disponibili, ma riservati. La zona è tranquilla e isolata dal caos della costa e dal traffico cittadino, ma comodo sia per usufruire dei servizi cittadini di Sassari sia per esplorare il Nord della Sardegna. Una bella scoperta e un posto dove tornare.

Alice's place was easy to find, very clean and I particularly liked the shower that you could direct horizontally at two different heights, as well as overhead. Alice was very helpful and communicated well. You could walk from the appartment into town, which was very convenient. We hired electric bikes and got a ferry over to the donkey island, which was great. Thank you.

Nice house near the beach-Platamona

As familly of 5 we enjoyed our stay in the appartment mainly for its location 2mn walk to a very nice uncrowded beach and within a safe and quiet holiday estate, the balcony for taking meals outside and the pine trees environment. The road in front of the estate is not too busy and does not cause much nuisance. Be prepared to manage the garbage (sorting for recycling) as everywhere is Sardinia which is fine, but with additional rules specific to the estate. We recommend!
