Nice and functional apartment, very bright, consisting of kitchen area, living area, two bedrooms, one bathroom and two living terraces, one of which has a beautiful sea view. A double bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the other, which turn into a double bed when needed. It is located near beautiful beaches and cliffs that can also be reached by foot. The town is just 30 minutes from Alghero, Stintino and Castelsardo.

Welcome to Casa Rosmarino!

Il Rosmarino is a very nice holiday appartment to explore the North of Sardinia. It has all the facilities you need, together with a big private and quiet garden surrounding it, and the option to use the pool of the holiday home next to it. Communication with Matteo was proactive, friendly and also helped with some local recommendations. So highly recommend!

Coastal sand dunes are covered in vibrant green vegetation and scattered pink flowers, providing a contrast against the soft, light-colored sand. The scene is enhanced by a clear blue sky and the distant view of waves along the shoreline.

We arrived in 4 (2 adults, two children of 6 and 9). The house is a little small (as described), but in a strategic position a 4-minute walk from the sea, immersed in a shaded and quiet village. It is equipped with everything you need, washing machine, wi-fi, sheets, kitchen accessories and a pantry with some products for those who have not yet done the shopping on the first day. Michele has always been kind and ready to respond to every request. Highly recommended for visiting the northwest of Sardinia

Perfect apartment, as described and even better. Everything is new and well cared for. The hosts are kind and helpful, but private. The area is quiet and isolated from the chaos of the coast and city traffic, but convenient both to enjoy the city services of Sassari and to explore the North of Sardinia. A nice discovery and a place to come back.

An inviting garden area is illuminated by soft string lights. A wooden pergola provides shade over seating arrangements, which include several lounge chairs and a large cushion on the grass. A tree adds natural charm to the space.

Alice's place was easy to find, very clean and I particularly liked the shower that you could direct horizontally at two different heights, as well as overhead. Alice was very helpful and communicated well. You could walk from the appartment into town, which was very convenient. We hired electric bikes and got a ferry over to the donkey island, which was great. Thank you.

Nice house near the beach-Platamona

As familly of 5 we enjoyed our stay in the appartment mainly for its location 2mn walk to a very nice uncrowded beach and within a safe and quiet holiday estate, the balcony for taking meals outside and the pine trees environment. The road in front of the estate is not too busy and does not cause much nuisance. Be prepared to manage the garbage (sorting for recycling) as everywhere is Sardinia which is fine, but with additional rules specific to the estate. We recommend!
