I really enjoyed my stay here. I felt right at home. I was able to work in the corner office nook. It was the perfect place for my laptop while my husband slept in the bedroom. Great place for two people. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location—within walking distance to plenty of good restaurants and shops, and very close to the highway. The apartment is comfortable, well-equipped, and the mattress was excellent, which really made a difference. Strongly recommend!

Nice place to stay

Great location and host (quick and friendly responses). The house has a good layout and is comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed including plates, cups, paper towels, utensils, trash bags, etc.

This was a sweet place for our girls’ getaway. We had plenty of space and a cozy, clean experience in a quiet little neighborhood. It was perfect for what we needed. Carolina was very responsive to our questions and needs during our stay.

Place looked exactly like the pictures. The house was also located in a quiet neighborhood but still very close to local restaurants and grocery stores. Had all amenities mentioned in the post, plus extra items. Parking was easy. Check-in and check-out was easy. Beds were comfortable. Great for our quick trip to Texas for my husband’s MBA graduation. Everything was as described. The home had basketball, tennis rackets, pickle ball rackets, which can be used in the park across the street. The layout is good for family. The kids loved the bunnies that come in the yard early in the morning to eat grass and reading books that were in the home. Wi-Fi and streaming services on the televisions were easy to use. Would recommend this rental for sure.

The house was beautiful – it looks even better than in the pictures. Very clean and very comfortable. It’s a pity we only had two days to stay. The host was also very helpful – everything went perfectly from beginning to end.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely spot! The place was incredibly cozy and spotless, making me feel right at home. The location was fantastic - just a stone's throw away from great bars and restaurants, public transportation, markets, and even a pharmacy. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to both couples and solo travelers. The atmosphere was super welcoming, making my stay truly unforgettable.

We have a wonderful day. I have no complaints a great place for great price. Definitely looking forward to booking with them again. The only thing I has trouble with was the temperature with the water it was too hot at times but if you let it run for a bit it get to perfect temp

Brooke's place was the perfect place to stay for 10 days while I was visiting North Dallas. It looked just like the pictures and was exactly as described. Brooke provided clear and easy instructions on how to access the home, and she was communicative and easy to reach. Everything was well stocked, and I didn't need to buy anything for the home during my stay. The complex is private and peaceful. It was a great place to stay, and Brooke is an excellent host. I plan to stay again the next time I'm in town.

Christina’s place was so comfortable and welcoming! Everywhere we needed to be was within a short drive. The neighborhood was quiet and clean! Christina was a wonderful host and we plan on staying here again should we need a place to stay in Dallas that is clean and affordable!

This place was just as described and pictured. The hosts provided a generous supply of towels, paper products and even detergent for the full-size washer and dryer! Although it’s an older complex and close to commercial shopping plazas and noise, it was relatively quiet at night, comfortable, and nicely furnished with 2 larger televisions.

The stay was great. The scenery was amazing especially the lake. Clean, nice and spacious enough to hang around. Would definitely come back again.
