Vacation rentals with beach access in Plaka, Athens

Very good host to help us as we are first time to Greece /Athens , and provide many support after our car place took by police as we park in the wrong place . Free for early check in help us a lot and no waster of time as have tight schedule. Will try to book again in next trip

Our stay with Kostas was very pleasant. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Kostas greeted us warmly. The apartment has a comfortable bed and a fold-out sofa. The beach is nearby. The holiday is comfortable. Quiet. It is nice to have breakfast on the balcony. I highly recommend this host.

Appartamento molto bello, con vista sul mare che regala tramonti meravigliosi. L'appartamento era molto pulito e ben fornito, abbiamo soggiornato due mesi e siamo stati benissimo, trovando tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. La zona è molto comoda, a due passi dalla spiaggia e a pochi metri da tutto: supermercati, ristoranti, bar, negozi, una zona verde. Adatto anche a chi ha un cane, il nostro ha adorato il posto. Con dieci minuti di auto si è nel centro di Atene, oppure si può prendere il tram dalla vicina fermata. Host molto disponibile, reattiva e cordiale, grazie veramente di tutto :)

Melina is such a cheerful host. Recommended a bar to me that is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Check in went smoothly and she was kind enough to allow me a late checkout. She will definitely be seeing me again.

I had to spend two nights at Themis place and it was an amazing stay. The location is phenomenal quiet safe and very polite neighbors, the apartment it self was stunning clean with everything you might need, needles to say the patio is in my opinion the best place of the appartment jacuzzi is fantastic to relax and decompress. The host was excellent I had to contact him a couple of times for advice and he was always quick to respond and more than willing to help. All and all this appartment is a must book if you are considering to stay in Athens. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed my stay here, I have been to Athens several times and was wanting to be a little ways away from the city center. The house was a quick walk from the beach, grocery store, coffee and pharmacy were all close. House was very comfortable and clean.

Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll und sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Sehr hell mit viel Tageslicht und grosse Fenster. In der Küche war alles zu finden, was man braucht, auch im Bad ist Duschgel und die Seife war da. Die Lage ist zentral gut erreichbar mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Man kann mit den Bus zum Strand fahren. Das einzige was an der wohnung nicht so gut ist, ist die dämmung der Terassentür und der Fenster. man hört richtig deutlich wenn Autos in der Nebenstraße durchfahren oder wenn menschen beim vorbeigehen unterhalten. Wir hatten dass Gefühl dass die Terrassentür oder Fenster nicht richtig verschlossen waren. Da das Haus ein Neubau ist, hat man leider an der Qualität gespart. Die Terrasse oben ist sehr schön, Grill ist zum nutzen da. Aussicht ist sehr schön . Wir hatten kurzen Aufenthalt und waren sehr zufrieden.

This place was incredible. I stayed there with my husband and two daughters. The view from the living room and one of the bedrooms was amazing. The beds were comfortable. The one facing the water and the street was noisy but a pair of earplugs help me sleep through the night. And I woke up to the most wonderful view. I recommend this place highly. Dionisis was very responsive. His recommendation for dinner was great. He even gifted us a bottle of Hercules white wine! We had breakfast and delicious coffee just downstairs from our place. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in Athens!

Great stay right near cruise terminal C ! This place has 2 separate sleeping areas on different levels (just a few steps between them) which do not connect. Think 2 separate apartments style wise each with its own entry door. Perfect for 2 couples Living room and kitchen , sleeping area and bath in upper one and sleeping/shower/bath in lower one Bed and amenities were lovely and the view and location for Virgin Voyages terminal c departures allows you to walk your bags directly to the ship in approximately 10 minutes They left us a lovely bottle of wine from Crete! Immaculately clean, beautiful and updated- highly recommend this spot!

George's Garden House is perfectly located - 2 minutes from bus stop and 5 minutes from the beach. The house itself is perfect for 2 people (great AC). Just few improvements needed in the shower. George promptly responded to all our requests and was a great host. We would book with George again.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Chris. Le logement est bien situé et bien aménagé. La terrasse et le jacuzzi sont un vrai plus. Chris a été disponible et réactif a nos demandes. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Όμορφο και ευρύχωρο σπίτι σε ήσυχη γειτονιά. Πραγματικά το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και η οικοδέσποινα πολύ ευγενική, μας επέτρεψε να φύγουμε ότι ώρα θέλαμε την επόμενη μέρα και το εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα.

This was a beautiful place to stay! The area around feels safe and welcoming, and the hosts were absolutely amazing. They helped us with transportation within the city in the midst of a taxi strike, and gave great recommendations to places along with instructions. The place is very clean and comfy, we felt very at home and rested. We would love to visit them in Glyfada again!

We had an amazing stay enjoying the beautiful roof terrace, local market, restaurants and harbour beach. Panayotis and his family was very kind and helpful, we would love to come back.

A perfectly located apartment just a few minutes from a nice beach. Also close to 2 big supermarkets, restaurant, bakery and tram stop so very convenient! Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Hui was very helpful with everything and responded quickly. We even got to drop our bags at the apartment since we arrived early. Recommended!

Le logement de Dionysis nous a émerveillés ! Tout était impeccable, magnifique et magique. Pleins de petites notes et de petites attentions à notre égard qui ont été plus qu'appréciées. Si vous cherchez un lieux calme où vous reposer, mais à proximité de tout et du centre, cet appartement est l'entre deux parfait. Encore merci pour tout !

Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ καθαρός είχε ο,τι μπορούσε κάποιος να χρειαστεί για μια άνετη διαμονή, θέρμανση, άνετος χώρος, ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ κατατοπιστικός με όλες τις λεπτομέρειες για τη διαμονή και τον χώρο. Σίγουρα θα είναι ξανά στις επιλογές μας!

Great place to stay to combine a visit of the sights of Athens with pleasant beach and promenade walks. Despite it being densely populated with heavy traffic, the apartment was quiet, spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The walks along the waterfront (promenade and beach) were enjoyable! Alexandria did a wonderful job greeting us and explaining everything about the property! Thank you Tony, Syefanie and Alexandria!

This apartment is perfect for exploring Athens. It is two minutes from the metro which you can get direct from the airport. The views from the large balcony are stunning and it is perfect for eating and relaxing outside. There are lots of local coffee bars and restaurants as well a good local supermarket. The apartment is very safe and secure. Spiridon is a brilliant host who communicated well and answered all our questions quickly. We would highly recommended anyone who wants to visit Athens to stay here!!

We found the place easily. We received good instructions on how to get in the place but somehow the details of how to have the electricity work for us North Americans not use to have to use a key card for it to work was omitted. The owner rectified that error as soon as possible via texts. This was a one night stay for us but we did enjoy the space and the little cafe downstairs. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν υπέροχο το ένιωθες σαν το σπίτι σου και τα είχες όλα. Υπάρχει ακριβώς δίπλα μαγαζί για καφέ και πρωινό καθώς και ότι άλλο χρειαστεί κανείς για να μαγειρέψει. το μέρος είναι κοντά σε όλα μαγαζια, εστιατόρια,club 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια. γενικά το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα
