Beau deux pièces dans le XIVe

On the top floor of a 7 story building with an elevator, this apartment is very calm with plenty of light. The Didot/Plaisance neighborhood has lots of small shops, restaurants, and even a weekend flea market. It is close to Montparnasse station (Air France airport buses) and to the "Parc des Expositions"/Porte de Versailles. Visiting Paris is easy since métro line 13, the tram 3A and 3 different bus lines are all only a five minute walk from the apartment. This is a non-smoking apartment.

Mon appartement se situe dans le quartier de Pernety - à 10 minutes à pied de la gare Montparnasse. Quartier vivant, chaleureux, familial, typique, aux nombreux restos et bars variés. Proche de tous commerces. Spacieux et lumineux, charme de l'ancien avec ses belles poutres apparentes, il est constitué d'une grande chambre - avec de nombreux rangements - et d'un grand salon. Petite cuisine bien équipée ; il y a aussi une salle de bain avec baignoire. Le métro Pernety (ligne 13) est à 2 minutes.

Bright studio, comfortable, cozy, clean and fully equipped (kitchen, towels, bed linen, TV, wifi, fan...) with foldaway bed (30cm thick real mattress, not a sofa bed). Private heated swimming pool opened 6am-10pm, roof top and 360° view of Paris and the Eiffel Tower on the 29th floor. Security 24h/24. The appart is on the 3rd floor with lifts, 7min to metro M13 Plaisance, 12min to Metro Pasteur (M6/M12), 15min walk to Montparnasse and 20min by metro to the Eiffel Tower and Porte de Versailles

My home is a pleasant place to stay. It is well located and distributed, and fully equiped, as shown by the photos. A parking space is available in the underground garage.
