Our patio house is located on a quiet street, a stone's throw from a shopping street in the 14th arrondissement. On the ground floor, an independent accommodation for 6 people (which remains cool in summer) is organized around the patio: - bedroom at the entrance with desk and sofa bed - shower room with toilet, washing machine and dryer - open-plan living room-kitchen with sofa bed - a quiet bedroom at the back of the patio with shower room and toilet The complex was renovated by the owners in 2020.
