Vacation rentals with a patio in Plaisance, Paris

The apt was very spacious, the kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The location was great, walkable to several metro stops, buses and lots of great restaurants. We also liked that the building was very secure and that there was an elevator. Agnes’s was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. We recommend staying here.

Great location, especially if you want to visit the Eiffel Tower. Lots of restaurants and cafés within walking distance. Clean apartment with comfortable beds. Also felt totally safe there.

Our 7 night stay had us feeling right at home. The apartment is so peaceful and quiet, but step out onto the street and you are right in the heart of Le Marais - close to metro stations, brasseries, Franprix, boulangerie, pharmacy’s etc. We fell in love with Paris and our sanctuary was the apartment at the end of the day. The apartment has everything you need…beautiful artwork and lighting, big comfy bed (king size) and a lovely bathroom with large shower.

Un angolo meraviglioso in una cittá indescrivibilmente affascinante. Facile da raggiungere con tutti i mezzi, in una zona tranquilla a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte e allo stesso tempo piena di vita tra locali e negozi. Angelina è di una gentilezza sconfinata. Ci siamo sentiti a casa e torneremo sicuramente presto a trovarla :) Ammirare la Tour Eiffel dal balcone prima di andare a dormire è una sensazione che difficilmente dimenticheremo😍🗼

Die Wohnung entsprach vollkommen der Beschreibung. Die anbieten an die Metro ist hervorragend und man ist super schnell in allen Teilen der Stadt. In der Umgebungen gibt es sehr gute Restaurants. Leider war es Nachts etwas laut (bei geöffnetem Fenster)durch Anlieferung des Supermarktes und einigen Geschäften. Mit Ohropax ist aber alles bestens. Im Großen und Ganzen hat uns es sehr gut gefallen. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter und würden sie auch wieder buchen.

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location! The apartment is very clean, spacious, and beautifully set up. We visited during a heatwave, which made sleeping in the bedroom challenging as there’s no air conditioning, but Antoine had left fans which helped somewhat. There’s limited storage space, so we had to keep our suitcases in the hallway, but for a short weekend stay, this wasn’t a big issue. The location is excellent — the metro is right at your doorstep, and it’s very central for getting around, whether by metro or Uber. It’s situated on a lively main road with plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby. I’ve been to Paris many times, and this is by far the nicest and most spacious apartment I’ve stayed in! The fact that it’s Antoine’s personal home really made it feel welcoming, with thoughtful touches you don’t usually find in a typical Airbnb. Thanks again! I do recommend Antoines place!

Great stay at Ihsen's place and great communication. Got lots of tips and lots of help, when needed. 5 min walk to Monoprix supermarket enabled us to have meals at home, 10 min walk to the Metro, made Paris transportation easy. Also a couple of bus stops 1 min from the flat

Un petit studio très agréable dans Paris ! Vous êtes dans un beau quartier, sûr et vivant avec tout ce qu'il faut à proximité (commerces, restaurants, métros...). Le logement est bien conçu, on ne manque de rien ! Le balcon partagé est agréable, nous avons apprécié la compagnie de Luna 😻. Bonne communication avec Laure, arrivée autonome très pratique !

Man kan bli avskräckt av priset, men bli inte det. Jämfört med ett lyxhotell så är det här mycket bättre. Exceptionellt på alla vis! Jag kan verkligen rekommendera detta för en romantiskt och avslappnande vistelse.

Isabelle ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin bei der man sich direkt wohlfühlt. Das liebevolle und gemütlich eingerichtete Häuschen ist bestens ausgestattet, es lädt zum verweilen auf der Terrasse im Grünen ein. Die Entfernung in die Stadt ist wirklich schnell und einfach zurückgelegt. Wir könne einen Aufenthalt bei Isabelle wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Corinne thank you for an outstanding stay! the home was beautiful, spacious and had great amenities! my husband loves sitting outside so the outside garden with seating area was perfect! my family loved our stay, 2 min walk to the train station made getting around Paris very convenient. restaurants and shopping mall 10 mins walk was also a great plus. we will be visiting Paris again next year and will plan to stay again at your beautiful home. thanks!

This house is too beautiful to be real. Design is cured in all details with high end kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need. A true gem in Montrouge which will leave you speechless upon entrance. Jacuzzi and Amam area makes you feel in a luxury spa. Host is very responsive and helpful. so far, one of the best stays ever experienced!

My family and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Tarik's place, and it was an unforgettable experience. Vincent's place was perfect for our family of 5! Location was really convenient for exploring the city without being in the heart of the touristy areas, with lots of great stores, restaurants, and bakeries all within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well appointed - my only complaint is that certain parts of the second floor have low ceilings and I bumped my head a few times. Vincent is a great host, super responsive and extremely flexible with being able to drop off luggage early and leaving it late which was a life saver for us.

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Sanaa was such a lovely host. The apartment was very nice and comfortable just as expected from the pictures. Sanaa had great communication which made me and my sister feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again. If you’re looking for something cosy and modern you’re in the right place!

My Mum and I stayed in this studio apartment for 1 week together and we absolutely loved it! The street was so quiet and peaceful, and so we slept with all the terrace doors and windows open at night without issue (it was 90 degrees in Paris the week we were there, so this really helped! Plus the small fan). We felt very safe and it felt private too. We were one street away from a bustling area with a Metro (Victor Hugo) and supermarkets, restaurants etc and very close to the Arc de Triomphe in the other direction. The double terraces were ideal, particularly because of the heat… one was always shaded and one was always sunny and very hot. We had access to Netflix & YouTube (music) and cooked food for ourselves every day! We/I would absolutely stay here again, and will! Manuella was so helpful from beginning to end - responsive before & during the trip. Highly recommend for 1-2 people. The area around us was ideal. Not touristy & had everything we needed to live in Paris for a week! ♥

Remco’s apartment was lovely - stylish yet comfy and also quiet while being in a cute and walkable neighborhood with plenty of great cafes and restaurants nearby! Remco himself was super responsive and kind. Definitely recommend!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Claire. L’appartement est spacieux, très confortable et très lumineux et il est très bien situé à Levallois à côté du métro Anatole France (ligne 3). Nous recommandons !

This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy
