Well located apartment in Paris

This apartment is located in the 14th district, from which it is very easy to go to different areas. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room and a modern bathroom. There is no real kitchen but there is all gou need (plates, cutlery, a microwave, fridge) The apartment is 3 min away from the metro and is at the 4th floor of the building. There are many restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. This is a private apartment for you only. It is forbidden to do parties in this apartment.

Quiet traditional Parisian apartment in a 19th Century dressed stone building and street on 5th floor with elevator : double living room, bedroom, fully equipped kitchen (dish washer and washing machine/dryer), balcony and private underground parkplace (4 minutes on foot). I furnished and decorated it with love, including paintings. In a neighbourhood vibrant of shops and restaurants, it is 2 minutes on foot from the Metro, from which all Paris must-sees are within a 13-30 minute range.

My apartment is located in the Pernety district - 10 minutes' walk to Montparnasse train station. Lively, warm, family-friendly, typical neighborhood, with many varied restaurants and bars. Close to all shops. Spacious and bright, old-fashioned charm with its beautiful exposed beams, it consists of a large bedroom – with plenty of storage – and a large living room. Small well-equipped kitchen; there is also a bathroom with bathtub. Pernety metro station (line 13) is 2 minutes away.
