Louise's place was perfect. Louise was so easy to communicate with, super responsive, kind, thoughtful and truly appreciated that she had the option of flexible dates (instead of so many sat to sat or sun to sun requirements in summer). The cottage was cozy, cute, spotless & well stocked. My teenage kids loved the hot tub (as it was a bit chilly in the evenings) and I loved the outdoor shower. We loved having the bikes to take rides around the Island and loved the location. Our only regret is that we didn't get to stay there longer! We will definitely try to stay at Old Snuggler again!

My friend and I stayed here for a quick two-night getaway and had a great experience. The space is quiet, cozy, and super well taken care of. The view of the water from the living area is beautiful, and we spent both mornings sitting outside with coffee, and afternoons enjoying the view from the hot tub. We appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking equipment we needed for nights in—and that Mary had a whole list of spots to check out for adventures out (local shops, antique spots, and really solid lobster rolls!) If you’re looking for a low-key, clean, calm place to relax, recharge, and still have easy access to town, this is a great pick. We’d absolutely come back.

We booked the house for five nights for a group of six adults and had a lovely visit. Gabriela was a fantastic host communicating super promptly to our questions. It rained 90% of the time so we used the interior of the house to the fullest, and not the exterior (no fire pit, bikes, or hot tub) so cannot comment on those features. All appliances worked well. Kitchen is helpfully labeled and well stocked with kitchenware. The beds were very comfortable, towels fluffy, and downstairs family/game room is a great space for all ages. Furniture was comfortable, dining table was welcoming and though the house shows a bit of wear and tear here and there, everything was clean, tidy, and decorated appealingly. Tip: Bellvale Market just 7” away had great quality food products; Warwick, a quaint larger town, is just 10-15” away providing all other conveniences.

The Chateau Renee was a great place to stay! From the scenic view from the back deck and hot tub, to the beautifully curated interior, our small group had an amazing time. We enjoyed some local restaurants in Greenwood Lake and over in Warwick, and were able to catch a broadway show in the city since we were only about an hour away. If you’re looking for a spot to stay anywhere in this area, you have found your Airbnb!

Peaceful surroundings, beautiful lake, wonderful house and amazing hosts! Had an absolute ball kayaking, fishing, and enjoying nature. This was my second trip and can’t wait to go back again.

Tabitha's place was perfect for our group stay. Right in the middle of town and perfect for what we needed for the week!

Ivana and John are the most wonderful hosts! This was truly like staying at a family cottage and everything was just beautiful. John greeted us upon arrival and even had a bottle of wine for my husbands birthday! We loved staying here from the city because it was only a little over a hour to arrive and less than a hour to South Hampton where we had dinner. Also the little town is so so cute and we were able to walk over so quickly! We can’t wait to stay here again. Thank you again Ivana and John!

Lil Nauti was perfect for our family. The bedrooms were adequate, with very comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. The wardrobe space and drawers were great as we had a long stay with a lot of baggage! Jason has absolutely everything you could possibly want or need for a stay. The kitchen is really well equipped. Cute cottage and delightful private garden.

Michele is a super kind and generous host. Her space is very clean and visually stunning. I appreciated how information about the space and local neighborhood was organized in an easy-to-read binder. Will definitely book again in the future, thanks Michele!

The cottage is as pictured. Very clean with everything I needed. The area is beautiful for walking on the beach or the streets around the cottage. WiFi was strong throughout the cabin for working. Thanks Bert for your attention and listing this cottage.

We had a great experience staying at Melissa’s cottage and would happily recommend it to anyone else! We were in town from Florida visiting family in Rocky Point for Christmas and chose Melissa’s property as our place to stay. Jim’s place was an absolute gem for my inaugural trip to Black Rock! The Loft is incredibly spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a perfect stay. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the meticulous cleanliness, attention to detail, and beautiful furnishings. Jim's communication was top-notch, making the entire experience seamless. One of the highlights was the extensive music collection, perfect for setting the mood during my downtime. The bed and furniture provided a level of comfort that made it hard to leave. Nestled on a serene, tree-lined street, the location couldn’t be better; it’s just a leisurely stroll away from delightful restaurants, charming shops, food markets, and more. I can’t wait to return for another stay whenever I’m in the area!

We enjoyed our stay! Such easy access to the beach was so convenient. You’re definitely better off venturing out after high tide to enjoy the most amount of beach and there are a lot of shells that make being barefoot challenging. We did arrive after major storms which could have contributed to that. The house was spotless with everything you need to be comfortable! We did not utilize the outdoor space but definitely would have if the weather was drier! Definitely would stay here again.

We had a fabulous weekend at this lovely cottage. Located on a remote peninsula surrounded by the glistening water we couldn’t have asked for a nicer experience. The amenities were both convenient and thoughtful. Although we chose to dine out, the kitchen was very modern with upscale appliances and an espresso machine. We did bbq on our last night and had a great end to our 4 night stay!

The proximity to the beach is unmatched. Additionally, a short drive or bike ride to Post Road provides an unlimited amount of food and culture to enjoy. The space is comfortable and clean with all you need for a short or long stay.

Susan is a fantastic host and the cottage is a lovely place to stay. Steps from the beach and a quick drive into town plus pool access right out your door. Susan was great to interact with. We definitely plan to come back.

We absolutely loved this little house. It's super-stylish, light and airy, clean and modern and a perfect place for a couple to stay. Mark is a very helpful and charming host - he came round to welcome us, when we arrived, and to tell us where the local restaurants & shops are. There are great facilities nearby - in particular a coffee shop which sells the most amazing freshly cooked donuts (which we very indulgently had for breakfast). The little house has everything you need for a very comfortable stay, and we highly recommend it.

We had a great stay at Jonathan's cottage. The location could not be beat - right on the beach. Jonathan was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. There were a couple of minor hiccups that occurred but Jonathan was quick and responsive. Overall, a beautiful home in a great location.

Truly a home away from home! The house was well-appointed with many thoughtful amenities provided by the host. The backyard was a peaceful oasis with many areas provided for relaxation and conversation. The sun room provided additional space for games which was nice. Also, the home is conveniently located not far from shopping and restaurants. Del is a considerate and attentive host. You will enjoy your visit!

Chrystal was super responsive to all our questions and needs, and gave us a warm welcome when we checked in on our first day. The lovely cottage was fully furnished and had everything our small family needed. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and perfect for walks. Getting to downtown NYC across the G.W. Bridge only took about 20-30 minutes, very convenient. We made wonderful memories during our 9-day stay!

Mia’s cottage was clean, as described and matched the pictures. She was easy to communicate with and left clear instructions. One thing to note if you are traveling with young children is that there is a sort of a step between the space with the bedrooms and the living room. It’s a larger step and then a smaller step, which could be difficult for a small child. Overall, a wonderful place/stay. Highlands is beautiful and convenient.

The cottage was perfect for our weekend!! Emily was an amazing host right from the start and it really felt like home. Very clean and had everything we needed and more! Love how it is walkable to the town! I would highly recommend staying here!!
