Le Parc 79 – Historic Manoir, guesthouse & pool

Le Parc 79 consists of two houses set in 6 acres of private land. We can accommodate up to 18 people across both, which are normally rented as a unit, giving guests exclusive and flexible use of the many public and private areas - perfect for multi generational family use. Le Parc (main house) has 6 bedrooms (5 doubles + 1 twin + foldout bed). Le Pavillon (guesthouse) has 2 bedrooms (1 double +1 triple). Guests have the use of our 12 x 5m unheated saltwater pool, terraces and the parkland.

Garden Retreat - Loire Valley

Our 'Garden Retreat' is a tranquil, elegantly furnished cottage overlooking a sunken garden. The accommodation has a bedroom (queen-sized bed), a fully-equipped kitchen, a sitting area with a sleeper-sofa, and a small office mezzanine. The garden is large with multiple places to sit and enjoy the shade or the sun. The Loire River itself is only 150 yards from the flat. Large individuals take note: the shower is a standard 67cm x 67cm. Although we love pets; but we have a one pet only policy.

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Pleasant townhouse with terrace near zoo

The "Lodge" townhouse in Doué la Fontaine, near the Arena Hall and Zoo. This accommodation features one bedroom upstairs with a bathroom and toilet. 1 additional bed (comfortable sofa bed) in the living room, a dining area with all the necessary kitchen equipment, and a washing machine. The accommodation was fully renovated in 2022. A decor inspired by the Doué la Fontaine Zoo A spacious terrace, sheltered from the wind and out of sight, will allow you to spend pleasant moments.

Charming cottage with private pool

In the countryside, not overlooked, quiet, you will feel right at home!! The weekend starts on Friday afternoon until Sunday at the end of the day to make the most of the cottage. Private indoor heated pool from April 15 to October 15, the veranda allows you to live in semi open air because it opens entirely depending on the weather… You will be at the center of the castles of Chinon, Monts-sur-Guesnes, Saumur, Richelieu, 45 minutes from Futuroscope, Doué-la-Fontaine Zoo

Le Haut des Douves

In the heart of Ste-Maure-de-Touraine, near the castle's old moat, the apartment, completely independent, is located on the 1st floor of an old building. You can enjoy the benefits of the city (walking distance to amenities) AND the countryside (walks/hikes, troglodyte valley, one of the most beautiful villages in France a few km away, etc.). In the heart of Touraine and its castles, we are less than an hour from Futuroscope and Beauval Zoo. * Cleaning is included *.

River View Cottage

River View Cottage is directly on the River in The Loire Valley...close to all the Vineyards and Famous Chateaux's, where you may enjoy using our Paddle Boards and Kayak to explore or have a massage to take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. There is excellent fishing from our private dock ! Small, friendly dogs under 5kg Only !! are welcome, as we have a very small Yorkshire Terrier who will want to play and be best friends with your dog...

The Laundry Room @ The Carpentry Shop

New to the market for 2024, an historic, refurbished self-catering gîte for two in rural France, with the original laundry features intact. It offers a double bedroom, en-suite walk-in shower room, open plan living with log fire and a private patio. It's a wonderful situation at the head of the beautiful Gatine valley.
