Great place for our big group that needed to work in Nice. Easy location and very quiet despite being in a bustling area.

We had a great stay here! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The bed loft was comfortable, the washer/dryer worked perfectly (and fully dried our clothes), and the shower had good pressure and hot water. The kitchen made it easy to cook simple meals, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches — especially the water shoes, which were essential for the rocky beach just a few minutes’ walk away. The location is excellent — just one street back from the water and in a great spot for walking around Nice. While the apartment doesn’t have a view of the sea, it’s tucked into a part of the neighborhood that still feels very central. The building is older, but the space itself feels fresh and recently renovated. We’d happily stay again!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect - very walkable and right in the center of everything you’d want to do and see in Nice. The space matched the photos, and the sofa bed was actually very comfortable. Nicolas was super welcoming and communicative throughout our visit, and we would definitely stay here again. Wonderful apartment in an excellent location in Vieux Nice. Spotless and stylish. Nico was super responsive and check in/out couldn’t have been easier. As others have mentioned, if you have large luggage the stairs might be a challenge but do provide a great daily workout :). Would definitely stay again!
