Beachfront vacation rentals in Plage du Centenaire

This was a wonderful and affordable place to stay in Nice for 3. It is within walking distance of the beach or other attractions or public transport is close by and easy to navigate. Philippe was an excellent host and very proactive to check on us and communicate. We appreciate his kindness and all of his efforts to assure we were taken care of and felt welcomed.

Perfect place for Monaco Grand Prix week. Exactly as pictured - we spent hours on balcony with view of the yachts! Carlos communicated very well, very responsive, and accommodating to our needs.

Appartement adapté à une famille, bien conçu et bien équipé. Elsa et Julien sont à l’écoute et répondent vite à nos questions. Environnement tranquille proche du port et de la promenade des anglais si vous utilisez le Lou Passagin.

Lovely apartment and great space for a couple. Extremely walkable for shops and restaurants. Very close walk to the beach as well. Would highly recommend.

Great host. Met us when we checked in to go over the apartment and give us lots of information about Nice. The apartment is in a perfect spot with the tram stop on one side and a short walk to the beach on the other. It is a very central location. Everything we needed for the beach was there and there was a beautiful view. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Nice, this is it.

Die Wohnung ist super gemütlich und uns hat die Ausstattung begeistert. Alles, was man zum Kochen braucht, war da. Aber auch Schuhanzieher oder Wäscheständer. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, muss eventuell ein paar Meter weiter fahren und sich mit der App vertraut machen und dann leider alle 2 Stunden die Parkgebühr zahlen; zumindest wir haben im Gratis-Bereich keinen Parkplatz gefunden. Jordi hat uns alles gut erklärt.

I had a weekend stay in nice with my wife and Jeremy's place was a great choice. The location is the best, and it even had a great view for 9ur breakfasts. Highly recommended

Kevin ist ein sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Gastgeber. Er hat uns trotz der späten Anreise eine umfassende Einführung zu seiner Wohnung und der umliegenden Gegend gegeben. Wir haben uns jederzeit sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und Kevin hat sich stets nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt. Das Loft, die Dachterrasse und der Infinity-Pool ermöglichen es, die herrliche Gegend auf luxuriöse Weise zu geniessen. Die Liegenschaft liegt direkt an einem kleinen, ruhigen Strand, sodass wir als Meerliebhaber voll auf unsere Kosten kamen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und würden gerne erneut Kevins Gäste sein!

The most beautiful property! Such a rare opportunity to find a place like this, truly oceanfront with an abundance of serene outdoor space, pool, grill, etc. all to ourselves. And a big thank you to Ksenia for being such an incredible host.

Lovely stay at Delphines Airbnb. Perfect host, quick to respond to any questions about our stay, accessible enough area to the beach front, shops and restaurants as well as a short walk to the tram stop to take us into Old Nice.

First and foremost Philippe was an excellent host. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and more. He was always so quick to respond anytime we had questions, always offering suggestions and tips. He provided in-depth recommendations of restaurants, activities, and various methods of transportation. His knowledge of Villefranche and the surrounding areas helped us narrow down which spots were worth visiting. As for the guest suite itself, the inside was extremely clean and tasteful. The location is wonderful- being close to the village without actually being in the village. Overall, we were beyond pleased with our stay and would 100% recommend.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in traumhafter Unterkunft und Umgebung. Ob nach Rennradtouren ans Meer, Bushaltestelle oder Bahnhof, alles in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Städtetrips bequem mit Zug machbar. Das Auto brauchten wir nur für Einkäufe. Der Garten, le cabanon und die Aussicht ein Highlight. Die Hütte liebevollste gestaltet und perfekt ausgestattet. Das ganze umrahmt von sehr sympathischen und charmanten Gastgebern. Absolute Empfehlung !!!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Lage: Die Nähe zum schönen Sandstrand, zu Restaurants und zum Supermarkt waren ideal. Kevin war sehr nett und hat uns die schöne Anlage zu Beginn ausführlich gezeigt und viele Tipps gegeben. Dankeschön :-)

Everything was fine. Easy to find and get into the apartment, great location and everything was as described. Nicolas was very helpful. We had a great time, thanks for the opportunity, we can only recommend the accommodation, especially for couples.

Absolutely beautiful location! Bruno and Sophie were excellent hosts and showed off the place when we arrived and gave great local recommendations. This place is perfect for pool days and staying in as it is a bit of a hike to get down to the main roads. Also a bit difficult for Ubers to find your location, but that is not the fault of the hosts. Absolutely spotless, wonderful stay we had. Hosts were so accommodating and responded promptly always. It was perfection.

I had a great day at this apartment. Loved, loved, loved the elevator. Fifth floor view was fantastic. Location was perfect and you have to try pizza at La 0izza Cresci. Loft height was pretty low and a beam in the middle of it can be pretty brutal on your head. Other than that, fantastic day and I would absolutely repeat.

This is a perfect little central spot in Nice and a lovely apartment - we were steps from the beach, restaurants and shops. The deck area was great too, and apartment had everything we needed for a lovely and comfortable stay.

This little space was perfect for our stay. It was right between the main streets with all of the shopping and minutes from the beach. The room was perfect for my husband and I! Check in was seamless and the host was very responsive to questions and directions. They were extremely accommodating and provided everything we needed!

There are not enough words to describe how amazing this place is. First, the inside. The place is smartly designed, with excellent uses of space. It is spacious. It is comfortable. And it is incredibly functional with a full kitchen (including dishwasher), washer/dryer, etc. The patio overlooks a busy (not not too busy or loud) street and is perfect for sipping coffee and planning the day. The beds are like pillows and the bathrooms are modern, spacious and clean. Second, the location. A block from the water; a block from amazing restaurants and bars; a few blocks from incredible shopping; a 3-minute walk to the opera; a 5-minute walk to the promenade; a 10-minute walk to Colline du Chateau; and for the ambitious who want to get to the amazing restaurants on Bd. Franck Pilatte, a 45-minute walk. It is the ideal place. And Delia is an absolute pleasure. She accommodated our early arrival and was incredibly responsive. We hope to return!!

Amazing views from the deck! Location was perfect and exactly what we were expecting.

Dorinas place is in the perfect location. You can walk out the door and you’re in the middle of all kinds of great dining and shopping. And five minute walk to the seaside and many choices of great beach clubs. I would rebook if we returned to Nice.

This Airbnb was perfect. The balcony with the view of the beach in the distance was so peaceful. The bed faces the balcony so you can watch the waves crash as you lay down. The Airbnb was extremely clean and the host was very responsive. The location was EVERYTHING. Directly next to a parking garage, 3 minute walk to the beach and promenade and directly next to endless restaurants and cafes. I would absolutely stay here again! It was about a 10-15 walk to old town nice, but you cannot drive a car there anyway so it was perfect. The scooters and bikes were also located right out front, so if you don’t have a car and wanted to ride bikes it is so easy. Loved this Airbnb.
