Beachfront vacation rentals in Plage de la Garoupe

Our second stay here. First in 2018. Great location on the beach and close walking to all you need in food and restaurants. Also close to train station so transport from Nice airport is easy enough. Can be a bit loud from beach on weekends but didn’t bother us. Apartment is very nice with great wrap around balcony. Always a nice cooling breeze off the Med. thumbs up from us.

Excellent accommodation, very warm and responsive hosts. The location is ideal, there is a supermarket, cafes, restaurants, a great beach nearby. The house has everything for a super-comfortable life. Everything is very high quality and well organized.

Our stay at Nice’s place was an absolute joy! Nice has been one of the most responsive and friendly host that I’ve ever meet. You can tell that he really cares for the space, and its guests. The location of this space is ideal. You’re away from the hustle and bustle of Old Nice, but just a quick (and I mean quick) tram ride into town. Most nights we would take the tram into town and walk back. The beach is just a stones throw from the space too. Nice had all of the amenities you’d need for a beach day: chairs, towels, and an umbrella! You can’t beat it. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to friends.

Lovely stylish and comfortable loft style apartment in the heart of the Old Town. Couldn’t be closer to restaurants and the beach. Historic building and very central location so certain compromises necessary (eg no lift so few flights of stairs to negotiate and bit of late evening noise from outside) but that’s all made clear in the property description and not really a big deal. Clear comprehensive and speedy communication from host Therese at all times.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Lage: Die Nähe zum schönen Sandstrand, zu Restaurants und zum Supermarkt waren ideal. Kevin war sehr nett und hat uns die schöne Anlage zu Beginn ausführlich gezeigt und viele Tipps gegeben. Dankeschön :-)

Staying at Hélène’s apartment was a dream. Nestled on the third floor in the heart of the old town, the space immediately felt like a home away from home—warm, cozy, and full of character. Hélène is a wonderful host—so welcoming, generous with local tips, and always quick to respond. She greeted me with a big smile and shared a curated list of local spots to eat, explore, and enjoy. That personal touch made all the difference. The location couldn’t be better: steps away from fresh croissants, restaurants, markets, the beach, and historic streets. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully arranged. I honestly didn’t want to leave—and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to truly feel Antibes, not just visit it.

Upealla paikalla ja lähellä paikallisjuna-asemaa. Helppo päästä Nizzaan, mutta Cagnes Sur Mer itsessään tarjoaa jo paljon nähtävää. Asunto oli siisti, ja sijaitsi talon ylimmässä kerroksessa (huom. ei hissiä). Tehokas ilmastointi. Majoittuisimme täällä ehdottomasti uudestaan.

Excellent logement agréable et propre avec un acces direct a la mer et une très belle piscine au rooftop. L’emplacement est aussi au top a côté de la baie des anges. pour finir, Kevin est un hote exceptionnel, tres agréable et serviable. on y retourne volontiers 😀

Wir haben die Zeit in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation vorab lief super und der Empfang war sehr freundlich und herzlich! Die Villa liegt einmalig schön am Cap d‘Antibes. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet, geräumig und es war an alles, was wir für eine komfortable Zeit gebraucht haben, gedacht worden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt eigene Matratzen für die Ligen am Swimmingpool. Swimmingpool: ausreichend groß, sauber und tief - also super zum Schwimmen. Das Haus und der Garten sind ein super gepflegtes grünes Paradies. Also insgesamt top! Vielen Dank und Gerne wieder!

If you have the opportunity to stay at Sun Bay House you are truly lucky. Philippe has created a beautiful oasis right in the middle of Villefranche-sur-Mer. He is an unbelievable host - the space is pristine and he has thought of every last detail. He gave us amazing recommendations for the area and we absolutely loved talking with him. We left feeling like we were leaving an old friend. We were torn between wanting to sight see around town but also not wanting to leave this beautiful property. Thank you Philippe for making our stay so perfect and special - the best way to end our honeymoon.

We had a wonderful stay of just over a week. Although we arrived late, the lovely lady Fanny was there to greet us and let us know how to use the equipment. The location was ideal for the beach and it was great to have the option of a swimming pool too. We managed to see most of Cote d'Azur using this as a base. The favourite was St Paul de Vance and Villefranche/Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. One thing that stood out was how friendly and helpful everyone was that we encountered. This included Fanny and also Daniel (2 hats) who is the caretaker of the accommodation. The accommodation has great gardens and also is a spacious and comfortable apartment with everything you need for a great holiday.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in traumhafter Unterkunft und Umgebung. Ob nach Rennradtouren ans Meer, Bushaltestelle oder Bahnhof, alles in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Städtetrips bequem mit Zug machbar. Das Auto brauchten wir nur für Einkäufe. Der Garten, le cabanon und die Aussicht ein Highlight. Die Hütte liebevollste gestaltet und perfekt ausgestattet. Das ganze umrahmt von sehr sympathischen und charmanten Gastgebern. Absolute Empfehlung !!!

Très bon accueil. L'appartement est idéalement bien situé, à 5 minutes du centre ville et de la plage. Il est aussi fonctionnel avec une décoration au top. On s'y s'en très bien. Et le plus plus, la terrasse avec vue sur la mer et ses bateaux. Merci aussi à toutes les petites attentions qui nous attendaient et qui nous à éviter de courir pour faire le plein ! Nous reviendrons.

Nous avons été très heureuses de séjourner dans le logement proposé par Yves. Nous nous sommes senties comme à la maison. La vue y est magnifique sur la mer et le massif de l'Esterel. L'accueil de Yves était très chaleureux et prévenant. Et la localisation, idéale pour découvrir les environs!

We loved our 10 day stay at this beautiful sea view apartment with a great balcony with fabulous views for sitting out in the morning or evening. The apartment is right opposite the beach which was perfect or us. It is an easy walk of about 20 mins into both Antibes old town and Juan Les Pins both of which have plenty of choice of bars and restaurants. We also got the coastal train from Juan Les Pins into Monaco which was really easy to do. There is a bakery/cafe, Spar and Pharmacy 5 ins walk away from the apartment which was great for picking up everything we needed. We walked all over the Cap d'Antibes which was very easy from the apartment. It was worth the trip up to Phare de la Garoupe for the views and we enjoyed the Sentier du Littoral costal path although be warned there are some steps and rough areas. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and exactly as described/pictures. Nadya was a great host always responsive. We will definitely love to return!

Beautiful apartment. It has the best location. Walkable to every place we wanted to go. Beach bar, restaurants, old town, harbour. Recommend 100%. Host is extremely responsive and warm, instantly happy with by booking.

Excellent séjour chez Helen. Logement lumineux, spacieux, propre, décoré avec goût, très bien équipé avec une vue exceptionnelle sur le vieux port. Situé à 5 mn à pieds de la gare de Juan les pins, il permet de bien découvrir le bord de mer. Très bonne communication avec Helen. Je reviendrais sans hésiter !

We had a great experience with Lise and her team. Timely and efficient, but flexible. Our arrival got delayed for traffic at the airport but there was no issue. Instructions at check-in were complete, the property equipped with all needed amenities (hair dryer, washing machine, coffee machine etc.) with nothing missing. The property is at the third floor of a nice building in the old ville, nicely furnished, and in the middle of the bustling life of Antibes. It is above restaurants and shops but it is not noisy, at the same time you feel in town and you are few minutes from Antibes' beaches, the market and the Picasso museum. Great for a family of 3/4. We would definitely come back.

Beautiful house with comfortable beds, on a quiet street but perfect location right next to the Old Town, which had lots of restaurants and of course the market. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back. Christina and Ivan were lovely and we had a great day on their boat too.

Really great home in an extremely walkable and safe location. Has all the amenities (plus extras) that you would need. Really appreciated the washing machine and drying rack in the little balcony area. Very quiet area and lots to see and do. Thanks for being so friendly and accommodating, Nadjib!

I don't think there's a lot of things I could say but compliments for Ju & Tom's place, this little brilliant apartment in an absolutely picture-perfect location was just what we needed for our stay in Antibes. The apartment itself was clean and tidy and just the perfect size for two of us, and with the little outdoor area, it just made it. Sitting out on the balcony area before heading off to wherever we were going became a highlight of the trip. It is modern and clean with just the right amount of charm too! Ju & Tom were brilliant hosts, always responding quickly and telling us what we needed when we were giving them last minute requests, they were brilliantly attentive and could be flexible considering they were based close to the apartment too. What an absolutely brilliant little stay, one of the best Airbnbs we've ever had. Thank you Ju & Tom, I am SURE we'll be back!
