The sheepfold is in a private estate of 20 hectares. From the terrace you will have a view of the Bay of Ajaccio. Enjoy the new pool (2023) or the beach with the 2 paddles available to you. It is very pleasant to live in and powered exclusively by solar panels. The water comes from a borehole. Access is only by a 1.5 km long dirt track with a 2 or 4-wheel drive vehicle (4X4 - 4WD) such as a Duster, Panda,... high clearance.

Here all the elements are gathered to fully enjoy the mountain but also the sea which is 15 minutes by car. The terrace with a splendid view will give you a feeling of total change of scenery.

Former hotel transformed into a small two-story residence on the large Tenutella beach in Olmeto Plage which stretches to Porto-Pollo. The Studio located on the second and top floor, completely renovated in March 2021 with excellent quality design and amenities, offers you a balcony on the beach! Facing south, you will enjoy the spectacle from dawn to sunset.
