In a pretty 1930 Art-Deco building with elevator, a small two-room apartment of 35m², with a very sunny balcony. Comfortable, nicely decorated and equipped for two people, One bedroom with 160 double bed and its very comfortable mattress. Two televisions with Netflix streaming etc. Soundproofed and air-conditioned apartment. Equipped kitchen (and Nespresso machine). Bathroom with large shower, marble effect. Possibility of free baggage drop-off in case of an early arrival or late departure.

Fabulous seafront 4 rooms flat

Spacious SEAFRONT 3 bedroom luxury flat with panoramic sea views. It is located within 10-15 mins walking distance from the “golden square” and the city centre, and away from large crowds and night time noise. Across the street there are numerous paid and free beaches. There is a supermarket just behind (open 7 days), bakery, pharmacy and many restaurants within a walking distance. Behind the building there is a tram stop which takes to the city centre (5 min) and the airport (15 mins).

Beautiful apartment on the Promenade des Anglais

By the sea, 10 minutes by bus from the the old town , train station and the Airport, the apartment is comfy, renovated whith tadte and fully equiped. Very sunny, it is located on the 1st floor and offers a fantastic view over the Baie des Anges. The accommodation suits to families, couples, business travelers and to big groups. The businesses are at the bottom of the building, bakery, tobacco, supermarket, post-office and self-service bike station.

Studio with stunning sea views

You will be right on the water on the most famous avenue of the Riviera, the Promenade des Anglais. We are also close to the city center but also to the airport. The tram behind the building will take you to the airport in 10 minutes and to the city center in 5 minutes. You'll love my place for its stunning sea views. Stunning flat with sea view & garden/ Promenade

Our apartment was fully new renovated and redecorated in 2017, further renovations in 2023 and 2024 (p.e. new windows). It is located on the "Prom. d. Angl." and the beach is 20 m away. 15 m walk to the city center and 10 min to the train station and the airport (bus. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a stylish, but cosy livingroom with an open kitchen. Additionally it has a garden. It has a marvelous view to the ocean!

Fully renovated beautiful 1-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor (without elevator) with a balcony facing the sea and the harbor. This flat is located at the bottom of the Castle Hill and a few steps away from the Old Town. Hang out on cafe terraces in the afternoon sun or enjoy the view from the balcony. Before diner, have a cocktail while admiring the sunset on the sea side.

For Nice, this is a very affordable and great-value sea view apartment. The place is spacious with beautiful interior design, and it’s just across the road from the beach. The room is well-equipped, including a microwave, and there’s also an elevator, which is especially convenient for travelers with large luggage. The main downside is that it’s a bit far from the main attractions, but there are bus and tram stops nearby. Also, the toilet occasionally doesn’t flush properly—hopefully this can be improved.

We loved our stay here. The view from the large balcony was beautiful. The place was very clean and looked better than in the pictures. Very close to the tram for quick and easy transportation around town. It was our second year renting an Airbnb from David and his team and we were very pleased both years.

Michelle and Julien’s place was spotless, newly renovated, and fully stocked for our stay. The views from the balcony are unmatched and the place has amazing access to nearby attractions, transit, and restaurants. We’d definitely stay again!
