This was a perfect location for us as we helped move our daughter out of UCI. We loved being able to walk to yummy eats at diamond jamboree and run along the path. The place itself is clean and spacious and just as described. We would not hesitate to stay here again on our future visits. Thanks again!

Great stay at Maria’s place! It’s a sunny, comfy apartment with ocean breezes. I loved that the bedroom curtains allowed for a dark vibe for sleeping in but also the apartment in general had lots of light and fresh air. Lots to walk to including restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and the beach. And super convenient to a grocery store. Would love to stay here again!

This area is great. So close to restaurants and shopping. Downtown Orange has fabulous restaurants and it’s a great area. My daughter lives out there so I am always excited to go. It’s nice to have a home away from home. Highly recommend.

The place was very nice and comfortable, felt right at home. All amenities were there and everything was within walking distance. It’s small but not too small just right for vacation in Long Beach. 100% recommend to anyone that needs a get away and lounge around at home!

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful and charming home! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated everything was. The house has such a warm and welcoming vibe. The backyard is truly a highlight! The private pool and spa were absolute dreams. The grill area made it so easy to enjoy delicious BBQ dinners outside, and the space is ideal for entertaining or just unwinding.

Debra was an extremely attentive host, adding personalized touches that made our stay comfortable and special. She is accessible as needed, but in no way intrusive. The house is well-appointed, comfortable, and spacious. We each found what we were looking for to relax, while sharing family time together too. We particularly loved the outdoor porch! I would highly recommend Debra as a host!

Beautiful home with a gorgeous view and incredibly priced. Everything was clean and in pristine condition. Hosts were responsive at pretty much every hour of the day. We can’t wait to hopefully use the home again on our next trip to Orange County!

Staying at this property was a delightful experience. The home was impeccably clean, and the backyard was truly remarkable. However, the highlight of our visit was our host, Jane. Her attentiveness and readiness to assist with any inquiries made our stay exceptional. It is an understatement to say that Jane exceeded our expectations in ensuring our comfort; her hospitality was nothing short of outstanding. I highly recommend this location for anyone seeking a welcoming and enjoyable stay.

We visited from Oregon, after a long drive it was a perfect place for our family. The neighborhood felt safe, the yard was perfect for hanging out, and the bed was very comfortable! The only thing I would say is it is not very toddler friendly as there are many glass tables in the living room with pointy edges, and all of the doorhandles are fairly low. Everything else was great and we would definitely stay again!

We were in town to celebrate the birth of our brand new grandson! We stayed here with our daughter and our other 2 grandsons (8 and 5)... and we all loved the property. Great home, great layout, an attractive neighborhood, and close to shops and parks. The boys loved the game room and running around the large backyard. The adults loved the indoor fireplace, the large covered patio, and the roomy kitchen and eating spaces. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms well stocked and very clean! And the hosts couldn't have been any better or nicer! They were proactive in communication, and very responsive to the couple of questions we had. They even popped over to the property to help us retrieve a stuffed animal the 5-year-old tossed over the fence. We highly recommend this property, and won't hesitate to book again! Thank you so much Pea and TJ for helping make our trip so memorable.

Selina was a very responsive host with a nice little place. Very clean and no frills. Bonus points for the gated private parking spot. If you are looking for a place to stay, with all the essentials and at a fair price, I would highly recommend.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Nice place. Quiet. I had no issues getting in. The bathroom was clean. Kitchen was clean. They had a steamer for my clothes which was nice as well.

Amazing place, with a beautiful kitchen! The building itself was very quiet. Most everything was walkable, or at least a very short uber ride away! Any questions we had we got a response very quickly. A perfect stay for the weekend!

The place was really clean, everything is described. Just what I needed for my weekend getaway. Felt right at home.

Shant's place was great for my 2 night stay in LA. It was clean, convenient and having a dedicated parking spot made things easy. very cute and comfy home for my husband and 2 kids. attended a music festival all weekend and was walkable the whole time. really enjoyed our stay, would highly recommended!

I have stayed in a number of Air B&B's and Loredana's place is a 10 (10 being the highest). Her place is super clean, well appointed, has oodles of amenities (including a washer & dryer and a complete kitchen). There is a designated parking spot right in front of the condo. It was quiet at night and yet near everything you could possibly need. Loredana is responsive in her communication. This will be my first choice when I come back to visit family again!
