The house is definitely worth its price. The amenities are great and if you have any problems you get a direct answer from Mar&Joan. The beach is directly accessible as in the pictures and very nice. Within walking distance is a store that has everything you need with a very nice store owner!

The house is spacious, and it has all the utensils we could ask for. They offered a lot of food as a reception. Very friendly. The location is perfect, in the center of Sóller. The only thing I can say that needs to be improved: if a guest forgets a belonging, don't throw it away right away, as you did with my new havaianas.

The accommodation corresponded exactly to the description and is very well located to have a beach vacation, but also to explore the island by car. Maria is very friendly and helpful and responds very quickly to questions. You quickly feel at home and it is very clean and tastefully decorated. We will be happy to come back.

Absolutely breathtaking house! Gorgeous design, comfortable, and stunning views of Deia from the beautiful outdoor area. Stewart and Elena were so thoughtful and communicative. 10/10 recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Cata’s place :-) The house is very nice and well equipped, and provided you have a car is well located to visit the whole island! The surroundings are very peaceful and relaxing, and very close there are 2 charming villages (Sant Joan & Petra) with all commodities (supermarket, restaurants & bars)! Plus Cata was really easy to communicate with and very helpful, looking forward to coming back ;-)

We had a beautiful stay at Jeronia's house. It is spacious, complete and comfortable. Take into account the sounds of the animals if you are looking for silence. Jeronia was flexible with check-in and check-out. We had a great stay.

Our family of four absolutely loved our stay at Margarita’s gorgeous Pollença villa. The home is a short and quaint walk to all the restaurants and village amenities. The pool and outdoor terraces are so beautiful - pretty plantings all around that make it feel like a Spanish garden. Margarita is so kind, thoughtful and informative. She surprised us with a handful of local snacks and drinks that were not only yummy but also allowed us to settle in without feeling like we had to rush out and grab snacks after a long day of travel. Thank you for hosting us, Margarita. We hope to return soon!

Due to the good description, the house was easy to reach and find. Even if the house is a little older, everything works as described and thus has a certain charm. Parking almost always in front of the front door, although we recommend a rental car due to the location. The way to the beach is within walking distance, so you can reach 2 beautiful bays. Shopping in Cala D'or works great. If you want an ALDI or LIDL, stop on the way to Campos or Santany. In a townhouse, you inevitably have neighbors, but they all welcomed us warmly and supported us with advice and action. We highly recommend this place for those seeking peace and say THANK YOU!

This place is everything you could want and more. We gasped as we walked inside because it was so nice. Fantastic location. Quiet at night but so close to amazing restaurants and all the main sightseeing.

We had a wonderful stay in this little corner of paradise. Every moment was made better by the breathtaking view from the terrace and even from the bedrooms, which are beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. Maria is incredibly kind and responsive. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back, this place has officially become my go-to haven!!

The place is very nice, located in a small beautiful village. It is a really great starting point to explore the north part of the island. It is well equipped and it has everything you need. Olaf is a great host and always concerned for our well-being. We had a great time and recommend Olaf's place for you trip

Great stay, responsive host and peaceful neighborhood 1 hour from Palma. The house was very clean, easy to access, and well furnished. It is also close to a small beach within walking distance, which makes it even more enjoyable.

We loved our stay. Lenka so responsive and helpful. The house is charming and the outside terrace is a wonderful place to just sit with a cup of tea or to have a BBQ. Everything was comfortable and felt very welcoming. We’ve already decided to come back in the summer if we can! A couple of points: it’s a very steep (but very quick) walk back from town and if you have toddlers I would not recommend as the stairs are very steep. We have a 7 year old and a non-crawling baby so found it fine but I think a very small kid on the move would be stressful! A wonderful week with a great host.

Nice place, well equipped. The exteriors, terrace, shower are very nice. Sea view. The bedroom is equipped with a super nice fan for sleeping. Air conditioning in the main room to spend the hot hours in the cool. Beautiful decor. The kitchen equipment is a bit tight. Old dishwasher, missing a tray for example. We really enjoyed staying in this accommodation located in a nice, very quiet condominium, close to the beach and the port. Thank you Sandra

Marisa is super reactive and takes time to find a solution for us (parking nearby etc…). The house is very charming, with a really nice terrace and big enough for 6 persons. The kitchen is fully furnished, we enjoyed cooking all together and dinning in the living room. You will find everything you need in the house, AC available in all rooms. The house is good located in Pollença, perfect for a day trip to the nearby beaches and to explore the city center

Lotta and Anders beach villa is absolutely perfect. Great location in quiet Betlem near to magnificent coves, mountains, hikes and a supermarket plus restaurants. The house is fully equipped and comfortable. A home from home. Efficient, decent and kind Super Hosts.

Very nice house on a great location. Very well equipped with everything you could ever need. The roof terrace is very nice. Everything is very nice with attention to detail. The beach is about 200 m from the house on foot. Supermarkets, restaurants and shopping are also within walking distance in a few minutes. Susanne was always quick to reach from the beginning. If we vacation in Can Picafort again, we would book with Susanne again.

Family of four, we stayed for 10 days in June. The apartment was first class with all amenities, a beautiful terrace and garden and close to the amazing pool area (which is really large and was not overcrowded). Cala Egos beaches and shops/restaurants are 2 mins away and it’s a nice 10 min walk to the marina. Great location.

The complex is very quiet, we often had the pool to ourselves. In the house we felt very comfortable from the beginning, everything you need is available and very lovingly decorated. It's really exactly as described in the listing. Check-in and directions were described super great with videos, everything worked perfectly. Marianella was always available immediately and helped very quickly and very nicely with a few questions. We'd love to come back! Best regards!
