Townhome vacation rentals in Balearic Islands

We loved staying in Estellencs and this authentic townhouse. The village is very small and the house was really close to everything. We didn’t need to use any air condition since the house was nice and cool. The roof terrass is absolutely wonderful with views over the village, mountains and a glimpse of the ocean. Perfect for evenings with the sun going down right in front. The standard of the outdoor furniture is ok but pretty old and well used, so don’t expect luxury in that sense but another kind of luxury. The walk down to the beach for a swim is well worth it evan though the walk up to the village again is a bit of an effort in the hot afternoon sun. At last, Ambika who is the host is so friendly, helpful and extremely quick with answers. All in all, we will come back!

The house is definitely worth its price. The amenities are great and if you have any problems you get a direct answer from Mar&Joan. The beach is directly accessible as in the pictures and very nice. Within walking distance is a store that has everything you need with a very nice store owner!

The house is spacious, and it has all the utensils we could ask for. They offered a lot of food as a reception. Very friendly. The location is perfect, in the center of Sóller. The only thing I can say that needs to be improved: if a guest forgets a belonging, don't throw it away right away, as you did with my new havaianas.

Fabio was a great host, Easily contactable, and even provided us with a huge plate of freshly caught tuna ! Very kind gentleman with a lovely home !

We had an amazing weekend in this gorgeous Air BnB. The photos don’t even do it justice! The view was just incredible from the balcony. Richard went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and basically planned our whole itinerary for us, giving amazing recommendations and responding quickly if we had any questions. Overall a 10/10 experience and we would 100% recommended this place… we will be returning in the future😍

The check in instructions plus pictures of the property from the outside were very useful as our sat nav took us to the wrong building on the road. The apartment is in a nice area and you could safely park your car on the road outside the apartment. The selling point of the apartment for us was the large balcony which had a great view of the sea. In the evening it was in the shade which was what we wanted after the heat and humidity of exploring the island each day. The location was good to allow you to explore the whole island and there was a food shop a few minutes further down the main road that had all the basics you would need for the stay. The kitchen is compact but it has everything you need except a kettle which would have been good to have. I liked the pack of cleaning products left in the kitchen and the fact that Norberto wasn't stingy with toilet tissue or kitchen roll or tin foil. I liked the freezer packs in the freezer for you to use in your cool bags. Nice touch.

We had a wonderful stay at Cata’s place :-) The house is very nice and well equipped, and provided you have a car is well located to visit the whole island! The surroundings are very peaceful and relaxing, and very close there are 2 charming villages (Sant Joan & Petra) with all commodities (supermarket, restaurants & bars)! Plus Cata was really easy to communicate with and very helpful, looking forward to coming back ;-)

Even better than expected! The pool area was so pretty and it was only a 25 minute Uber from Palma. The house was bigger than expected. Great stay!

This place is everything you could want and more. We gasped as we walked inside because it was so nice. Fantastic location. Quiet at night but so close to amazing restaurants and all the main sightseeing.

Beautiful place to stay, pristine furnishings and comfortable bed. Lovely space to sit outside. Handy for a small supermarket and easy to walk along the beach all the way to blue bar. Gorgeous beach. Perfect location.

We had a wonderful stay in this little corner of paradise. Every moment was made better by the breathtaking view from the terrace and even from the bedrooms, which are beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. Maria is incredibly kind and responsive. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back, this place has officially become my go-to haven!!

Brilliant location and lovely host :)

We loved our stay. Lenka so responsive and helpful. The house is charming and the outside terrace is a wonderful place to just sit with a cup of tea or to have a BBQ. Everything was comfortable and felt very welcoming. We’ve already decided to come back in the summer if we can! A couple of points: it’s a very steep (but very quick) walk back from town and if you have toddlers I would not recommend as the stairs are very steep. We have a 7 year old and a non-crawling baby so found it fine but I think a very small kid on the move would be stressful! A wonderful week with a great host.

A cute house with a pool, well laid out inside, with all modern comforts. A peaceful environment, and most importantly, a fantastic view of the sea, overlooking it. Without hesitation the most beautiful sea view I've ever seen! Thank you so much for this stay!

Beautiful little home in the heart of the magical village of Deiá. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend.

Nice place, well equipped. The exteriors, terrace, shower are very nice. Sea view. The bedroom is equipped with a super nice fan for sleeping. Air conditioning in the main room to spend the hot hours in the cool. Beautiful decor. The kitchen equipment is a bit tight. Old dishwasher, missing a tray for example. We really enjoyed staying in this accommodation located in a nice, very quiet condominium, close to the beach and the port. Thank you Sandra

Very nice house on a great location. Very well equipped with everything you could ever need. The roof terrace is very nice. Everything is very nice with attention to detail. The beach is about 200 m from the house on foot. Supermarkets, restaurants and shopping are also within walking distance in a few minutes. Susanne was always quick to reach from the beginning. If we vacation in Can Picafort again, we would book with Susanne again.

The home was comfortable and clean in a quiet and beautiful location - the drive down to the village was a bit intimidating but completely worth it! Maria gave helpful suggestions for places to see in the area and was very communicative.

The complex is very quiet, we often had the pool to ourselves. In the house we felt very comfortable from the beginning, everything you need is available and very lovingly decorated. It's really exactly as described in the listing. Check-in and directions were described super great with videos, everything worked perfectly. Marianella was always available immediately and helped very quickly and very nicely with a few questions. We'd love to come back! Best regards!

Lovely villa, exactly and described and like the pics. Very responsive and helpful host. The pool was superb. Would definitely stay there again.

Bella was such a great host, she was extremely helpful with a last minute booking and changed her plans to suit ours. She met us upon arrival despite the late hour and was immediately warm and friendly. She stayed in touch throughout the week and everything was cruisy and seamless. Her place comfortable, clean and spacious and the complex around is peaceful and welcoming and easy to travel to and from. I'd happily stay there again given half the chance. Thanks again Bella ❤️
