Perfect location with stunning surroundings. The beach is just a short walk away, and the house offers great privacy and a beautiful sea view. Well-equipped and comfortable — a lovely stay overall

We had an amazing stay at Neshat’s Finca in the Tramuntana mountains. The property feels like a home, and is wonderfully furnished. We were 7 adults and there was plenty of space inside and out in the beautiful gardens for us to thoroughly enjoy our time there. The views are stunning. A particular highlight was the outdoor kitchen, with bbq and wood-fired stove where cooking and dining with the beautiful views was a fabulous experience. Neshat is a helpful and communicative host and all info around travel to the property and check-in is very clear. Neshat was also very helpful with local advice such as taxi companies for evenings into Palma. Overall, a great choice for a stay on Mallorca!

We had the most wonderful week here. The property is fantastic, especially for a family with an abundance of toys and lovely fenced pool. The house has all the amenities you might want and the outside area is really special. We loved sitting out for dinner in the evenings. Palmanyola itself is quiet but it’s easy to get to Palma and Guida gave us some great local restaurant recommendations. We would 100% recommend and hope to come back one day.

Eine wirklich wundervolle Anlage. Es gibt so viel zu entdecken und auch unsere Ferienwohnung war sehr schön. Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte etwas besser und das Badezimmer etwas sauberer sein, aber ansonsten war alles sehr stimmig und die Terrasse ist ein Highlight. Etwas irreführend ist "Adults Only", die Ferienwohnung ist zwar nur für Erwachsene, allerdings nicht die gesamte Anlage. Im Großen und Ganzen sehr zu empfehlen!

Conforme à notre attente. Bâtisse ancienne, très typique et belle. Environnement calme, pas de voisins, pas de bruit. Seulement les bêlements des moutons. Belle piscine de bonne dimension avec de bons équipements. Idéal pour se reposer et pour jouer avec les enfants en bas âge. Accueil agréable des propriétaires, avec une bouteille de bienvenue et une pâtisserie locale. Nombreux produits de première nécessité disponibles dans le logement. A recommander sans réserve.

Der Aufenthalt war einfach großartig! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die ruhige Lage und der Aussenbereich mit Pool. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war jederzeit schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Besser geht’s nicht!!! Wunderschöne Wohnung, liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Hier kann man sich einfach nur wohlfühlen. Der Besitzer und sein Team sind zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen und man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Aussicht atemberaubend und die Restaurants in der Nähe sind sehr empfehlenswert. Ich möchte noch so viel schreiben, aber am besten, man probiert es selbst aus. So macht Urlaub einfach Spaß!

Séjour très réussi dans ce joli appartement. La propreté et les équipements sont au rendez-vous. Cristina est charmante est les explications sont parfaites. Nous avons passé de très belles vacances ! Merci :) Seul bémol, le bruit de la route côté chambre et dans les escaliers.

Had some very nice days here. Perfect lace to stay and see the beautiful area. We rented bikes at the bikeshop across the road. Perfect!

Appartement très spacieux très bien équipé Jardin magnifique donnant directement accès à la piscine. Quartier très calme tout en étant facile d accéder à la mer et aux commerces Tout pour passer de superbes vacances e!

Le logement de Cati est très bien équipé et très bien situé (proche de la plage et des commerces). La terrasse est très agréable. Cati répond très rapidement aux messages. Je recommande

très bon logement paisible avec magnifique vue depuis la terrasse. logement très bien équipé, confortable avec climatisation appréciable. cuisine avec tous les ustensiles utiles, literie de bonne qualité, pièce de vie cosy. Appartement au dernier étage, à 10 minutes à pied de la plage. Facilité de se garer dans la rue. nous recommandons ! 🤩

INCREDIBLE LOCATION. We searched quite a bit to find the spot that was going to give us a relaxing atmosphere as well as access to restaurants & shops. This apartment is the perfect mix! Our boys (5 & 7) were easily able to walk to dinner each night but we were removed enough to make it feel relaxing when we wanted to go to bed. We loved the upper deck and hot tub! Keep in mind there are LOTS of stairs! The home could have had a few more amenities like cooking supplies (we like to cook our breakfast and at least a few meals in) and the kitchen was a bit small and lacking basic utensils and dishware, BUT it was not enough for me to not give this property a full 5 stars! I think that small addition would truly make this property perfect!) The host was wonderful and met us at 1am to check us in. Our flight in was so late and I felt awful for the late check in but she was so kind and promptly there for us when we arrived late with tired children. Great visit, Hope to come back one day!!

Wir hatten zu dritt sechs wunderbare Tage in dem Appartement. Besonders hervorzuheben die wundervolle große Terrasse direkt am Strand. Taxi und Bus fast vor der Tür, Supermärkte ebenfalls. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Vielen Dank an David!
