Lovely bright apartment, close to the beach and quiet. Loved the terrace/balcony with a sea view in the distance. Beds super comfy and found the pillows nice too. Well equipped kitchen and great to have some basics and a kettle too! Jody responded promptly and was helpful with any questions. Would love to return sometime!

The house is beautiful – spacious, thoughtfully decorated and very comfortable. We especially loved the two roof terraces where we enjoyed sunset dinners and barbecues. The large living room with a fireplace makes it easy to imagine how cozy it must be in the colder months. Everything we needed during our stay was there, and both bedrooms were quiet and comfortable. The host is warm, helpful and always quick to respond, which made us feel really well taken care of. The location is fantastic – right in the heart of Felanitx with the Sunday farmers’ market just a few steps away and a great wine bar, Mercantil, right next door. Beautiful beaches are an easy 15–20 minute drive. The only challenges were some street noise at night and the church bells ringing every hour, so earplugs helped us sleep better. Parking could also be tricky at times, especially on busy days. Still it’s a truly special place and we’d love to come back.

Our stay with Pedro was absolutely fantastic! He is an incredibly friendly and attentive host who went above and beyond to make our trip special. Pedro was a lifesaver, helping us organize a memorable birthday party at Tobogan. His communication was excellent; he was always quick to respond and checked in on us often to ensure we had everything we needed. The house itself was perfect, stocked with all the essentials and in a brilliant location just a short walk from the beach and public transport. We couldn't have asked for a better host or a more comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Alles war super! Die Kommunikation war immer reibungslos, der Check-In sehr angenehm und ich habe mich sofort wohl gefühlt! Ich finde das Apartment sogar noch etwas schöner als zuvor angenommen. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Todo perfecto. Gemma es muy educada y responde rápidamente. Gran ubicación. Todo lo necesario para una estancia de una semana estaba disponible. Además, para nosotros fue una ventaja que había una cuna de bebé. Checkin / checkout fue sin problemas. Pudimos entrar por la mañana y Gemma también fue muy flexible cuando nos fuimos.

Da wir keinen Mietwagen gebucht, sondern unkompliziert mit dem Linienbus vom Flughafen nach S' Illot gefahren sind, wurden wir von Mabel sehr herzlich und persönlich empfangen und zur Wohnung gebracht. Bereits von zu Hause standen wir in Verbindung und wurden jederzeit gut unterstützt. Auch während unsres Aufenthaltes gab sie uns viele Tipps und Anregungen für Ausflüge und Restaurants.Bei Fragen war sie stets erreichbar. In der Wohnung, die ruhig am Ortsrand liegt, fühlten wir uns ausgesprochen wohl. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Die Strände und die Lokale/ Geschäfte sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Da wir nur zu zweit waren und auch nicht kochen, kamen wir ohne Auto zurecht. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub hier verlebt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Gabriel. L'appartement est très bien équipé. Tout le nécessaire (et bien plus) est là et en bon état. L'endroit est calme et a proximité de départ de randonnées. Le port de Soller est très agréable. Gabriel est un hôte très réactif et sympathique. Nous recommandons ce logement. Patrice

Our stay at Ralf's was brilliant. The garden is beautiful and lovely to relax in by the pool with great views. We didn't hire a car and booked ubers from the house to Palma and often got local taxis back. Very easy to do. A 15-20 mins walk to the local supermarket. I would highly recommend. Some nights we went out for dinner and others we stayed in. You can really make the stay yours.

Wir haben eine Woche in der Unterkunft verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden! Schöne Wohnung und die Lage und der Ausblick vom Balkon auf das Meer traumhaft! Kommen gerne wieder!

We had a wonderful holiday, staying for four nights as two families. The house was beautiful and spacious, equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It's just a 5-minute walk to Font de sa Cala beach, and about 15 minutes by car to Cala Millor beach. Guillermo is a fantastic host, very welcoming, friendly, and always available. He had kindly prepared water, beer, fruit, and snacks for us, making us feel at home from the very first moment. You truly made our stay even better. Thank you for the amazing days, Guillermo!

Jennifer was a great host and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and was very helpful. The apartment is stunning with the most amazing views across the bay and was beautifully presented. Lovely comfortable bed and pillows and a very well equipped kitchen. Met gezin 2 jongen kinderen In het verblijf van Jaume gezeten. Was een fijn en schoon appartement. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Locatie was top er is veel te doen in de omgeving ook op loop afstand. Zwembad was erg fijn.

très bel appartement dans résidence très originale bien entretenue et calme !! Rien ne manque. Plusieurs restaurants à 50m à pied en dépannage . Situation qui permet de bien rayonner sue l'île.

We had a great stay. Apartment location was perfect for views and restaurants. However there were a lot of steps to access the pool which would not be good for people with health issues.Apartment was on the first level but again steps and awkward for brining in cases and shopping but view and balcony made it worthwhile. Host was very helpful, pro active and easy to contact. Lovely area to explore.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Outre la beauté de l'ile et l'ensemble des activités que nous avons pu y faire, le logement de Maria est idéalement situé, vue magnifique, sur la mer et le phare, et très très calme. La résidence était peu fréquentée en ce mois de juin, avec une piscine grandiose. Le logement bénéficie de tous les équipements, spacieux, très propre, avec balcon et banne. Nous avons eu le ménage au milieu de notre séjour avec changement du linge de maison dans sa totalité. Tout était vraiment parfait et nos échanges supers.

Die Wohnung war sauber und hatte alles Nötige vorhanden. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und wir bekamen viele gute Tips. Auch als wir mit dem Safe ein Problem hatten, wurde uns schnell geholfen. Die Lage der Wohnung war zu unserer Jahreszeit ruhig und der Weg nach Ciutadella ging ca. 35‘ zu Fuss der wunderschönen Küste entlang bis zum Hafen.

Han sido unos días maravillosos en Menorca, David ha sido super atento en todo momento, nos recibió su madre Carmen, super amable y atenta, muy hospitalarios. El piso es perfecto para dos personas, no hace falta más. Contaban con todo lo necesario en la cocina, y con guías de recomendaciones locales. Gracias por vuestra amabilidad! Sin duda lo recomendaría.

Horst's place is beautiful, clean, and very well-located. Super well-equipped, so great if you want to cook your own food. The balcony is spacious and sunny, and the garden is peaceful-- lots of cute cats roaming around which we loved. The unit is located upstairs, directly above the host's home, accessible via a private entrance at the top of a spiral staircase. You feel very much like you are staying in someone's home, it is cosy and well-looked after. We did not use the pool at all, mostly because you're 15 minutes walk to one of the most beautiful beaches, and also because it is in the host's garden/in front of their house so felt a bit like we'd be imposing! Horst was very communicative and welcoming, and we had a great time. Thanks!

Fantastic location - a few minutes walk to the beach, cafe and restaurants but felt quiet and away from the main stretch. Huge balcony which we used a lot, plenty of space for us a family and appreciated the cot and high chair. kitchen was well stocked in terms of cricket, glasses etc Shared pool was good size and clean, and as only 7 flats in block we had it to ourselves quite a lot. it was hot during our stay in Mallorca and the AC worked well and the ceiling fan in the lounge was great. we really enjoyed our stay here.
