Per quest'anno 2025 non vi faremo pagare la tassa di soggiorno di 4.oo euro al giorno per ospite...

Tolle, gemütliche Wohnung mit wunderbarer Umgebung. Außenanlage sehr schön angelegt mit eigener Terrasse , Liegestühle, Schirm alles ist vorhanden. Der große Pool direkt gegenüber ist einfach perfekt auch dort befindet sich ausreichend Liegefläche. Ein Auto ist jedoch empfehlenswert um an den See zu kommen da der Bus nur selten fährt. 5min fußläufig befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt, und eine leckere Pizzeria die sogar "TakeAway" anbietet (; Wir konnten wirklich unseren Urlaub in dieser Wohnung sehr genießen es war alles da um sich wohlzufühlen, Küche usw. ausreichend ausgestattet. Sogar eine Waschmaschine steht zur Verfügung (: Gerne kommen wir wieder. (:

Fantastische plek! We hadden een zeer fijn verblijf in het appartement bij Sofia. Ruime kamers, met airco. Een schitterend zwembad en vlakbij het prachtige Gardameer.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B meraviglioso e non possiamo che consigliarlo a tutti! La struttura è bellissima, curata in ogni dettaglio e straordinariamente pulita. La camera è accogliente e dotata di tutte le comodità possibili: WiFi, aria condizionata e un letto comodissimo. Un'altra nota di merito va all’host, che è stata semplicemente fantastica: gentilissima, sempre disponibile. Ci ha fatto sentire davvero i benvenuti e ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole con i suoi consigli e la sua ospitalità calorosa.

Es handelt sich um eine sehr schöne ruhige Wohnung etwas abgelegen vom Gardasee. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern, allerdings haben wir das Bett als etwas zu weich empfunden und das Bettgestell war etwas laut beim Bewegen. Zusätzlich gibt es zur Wohnung einen abgelegen Gemeinschaftspool und Tennisplätze. Die Wohnung, Gemeinschaftsbereich und Umgebung bieten viele Möglichkeiten zur Erholung. Giulia und Frederico sind super erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit und stellen informative Videos zum Check-in, Weg zum Pool und zur Tiefgarage zur Verfügung. Ein Hinweis: die Fahrt zum Gardasee dauert ein paar Minuten länger als die genannten 5 Minuten

The flat is really great. Exactly like the pictures. I’m always a little sceptical of pictures of the views and think “hmmm I’m sure they are taking the picture from a. Specific angle to make it like the view is nice”. But this time was totally not the case. The view is 100% open to the lake. No vis-vis or side block. You have full 180° view on the lake. Very quiet. Beautiful when you wake up! Fully equipped kitchen, squeaky clean bathroom. Also had a fresh coffee and a nice bottle of Prosecco int he fridge. Alice was super nice, pro active and super helpful. 100% recommend to anyone :)

2 FLOOR APT WITH TERRACE, GARDEN & POOL

Wir waren 10Tage in dieser Ferienwohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage war ruhig und die Wohnung waren sauber. Eigentlich ist das Reservieren von Liegen verboten, jedoch war es so, dass spätestens um 9 Uhr alle Liegen belegt waren. Die Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern und im Wohnbereich an einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Küche war passend für 4 Personen eingerichtet, mit allem was man benötigt. Massimo war gut erreichbar und der Check in hat einfach und reibungslos funktioniert. Die Tiefgarage war top und nur mit einer Fernbedienung befahrbar. Ein Auto ist dringend erforderlich um die schöne Umgebung zu erkunden. Wir können die Wohnung von Massimo nur empfehlen und würden wieder kommen.

We really enjoyed our stay, everything was perfect. The apartment had everything we needed, the garden is lovely, and having a garage is such a game changer. The location is incredible, very quiet and amazing views. We would love to stay here again!
