Nous vous accueillons dans une partie privative rénovée en 2023, située au RDC de notre maison, avec accès au jardin. (Nouveauté 2025 : ajout d'une clim réversible). La maison se situe à 5 min en voiture de Romans, 12 min de la gare Valence TGV, 20 min de Valence. Une boulangerie se trouve à 2 min, et une grande zone commerciale (avec restaurants) à 8 min.
