You live in a newly produced house of 36 sqm with room for 2-4 people and your own private, furnished patio. Coffee, tea and muesli/flakes are included. My place is right on the beach, in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the proximity to nature and the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids) .The cottage is about 30 square meters and associated sauna cabin with shower, toilet, and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Great opportunities for fishing, motorboat to hire!

Completely renovated cottage in 18th century style (2024). The cottage has appeared in magazines and has a high coziness factor. A given accommodation for those interested in building conservation. 400 meters to cozy and quiet beach with jetty in Lensjön. 20 minutes drive to Gothenburg and 15 minutes to Alingsås. Grocery store and restaurants are close by down in Floda. Great mushroom forest in adjacent forest. 50% of what we earn on our Airbnb we give to charity.
