Two-floor stone house, with a sleeping room, living room, dining area, bathroom, and kitchen. It was built originally in 1711., it's in the center of Jelsa. It has all the modern amenities: air conditioning, TV, washing machine, equipped kitchen and bathroom, and a small library. Also, our guests receive a welcoming bottle of homemade wine and olive oil. It's no more than 100 meters from the sea. A small terrasse, overlooking our garden, is perfect to enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine.

Es ist ein ca. 300 Jahre altes Steinhaus, liebevoll restauriert mit dicken Natursteinwänden und Holzböden. Das ganze Haus ist geschossoffen, dh. zwischen den Geschossen befinden sich nur Treppen, keine Tueren. Im Garten sind Orangen-, Zitronen-, Granantapfel- und Mandelbaum und ein weiterer Sitzplatz. The villa is a beautiful property located about twenty meters from the sea and a hundred meters from the ferry that travels from Split to Jelsa, situated in the very center of Jelsa in the pedestrian zone, close to all the most interesting spots. It has 3 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a summer kitchen by the pool, and a terrace with a panoramic view of the entire bay.

Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
