Clean,organized place,with good location, new building.Wifi good,air conditioned of the functional rooms, the one in the living room did not cool much. I liked the bathrooms,very clean. It was very nice that she accepted my animals there, which made the experience complete. In the building there is a very clean roof pool with great bath, in addition to the place facing a great beach

The apartment and the building itself are very good. I rented it to my niece and her family. Only one night, some strange people arrived making noise in the pool, but the hostess was not to blame for other tenants. The location was very conducive to the purpose. They would stay there again.

This space has a spectacular view. The leisure area of the building on the terrace is complete and has a beautiful infinity pool. The apartment is very comfortable and has a full kitchen, with state-of-the-art appliances and modern wash-and-dry machine. The mattresses are very good and there is availability of pillows for all tastes. At the disposal of guests, there are beach chairs and cooler, which gives autonomy to explore the surroundings. The beach in front of the building is one of the prettiest on the southern coast of Paraíba. Gilvanea met us in every need and always responded with agility.

A clean and comfortable accommodation. Kathya and Eliseu were attentive and responded quickly.

Tom and Luiz are amazing. We had a great time staying at their place. All of my friends were very impressed with the quality of the house. It was one of the best places I stayed ever.

The wonderful place we chose to do our wedding and spent 1 week with the family. Beautiful place and the hosts always requested and very kind. Very conserved and cared for house. From the will to come back more often. Super comfortable beds. Wonderful beach and to walk to other places even more beautiful Anyway, everything perfect.

I wanted to have my late wedding party but had trouble finding a place. It was either too expensive, or it was too far from the area I wanted, or it was too expensive and too far away or - mostly - other places charged an exorbitant amount when I mentioned the word “PARTY.” Luiz and Tom offered the house without adding 1 real. The two were extremely friendly and thoughtful in showing every detail of the house. This house is in one of the best beaches in the entire northeast (I hope it continues to be underrated) and all my guests were amazed by the structure and location. The house has everything. Everything. I've already surrounded Airbnb a lot around and say that this one is easy in the top 3 - with a great chance of a gold medal. And that's what we didn't even explore 100% of the place (I don't think any TV in the house was turned on). I really appreciate you both providing a very important time in my life. Everything was perfect.

Wonderful experience. The house is very beautiful and well cared for. The living areas are wide and nice. The gazebo in the garden is close to the pool and it's where we did almost every meal. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedding is of excellent quality, as is the towels. The very caring and gentle hosts have gifted us with wine and cookies! We'll be back for sure!
