It is the full basement of the house with two separate rooms. One area is the bedroom with bathroom/kitchenette separated by a barn door to the TV\Office space area. The apartment has its own entrance with key-less access. We ask that guests observe quiet time past 11pm. If you are looking for a place to party all night, this is not the place for you.
