Field Trip is a unique, 23-unit Glampground in Traveler's Rest, SC. All of our Canvas Cabins, Bell Tents, Geo Domes, & A-frames have access to the Lodge, Camp Store, bathrooms, hot tub, sauna and cold plunge. Unit 2 is one of our small canvas cabins. A hybrid between a wooden cabin and a canvas tent, it is the cutest little home away from home. Perfect for 2 people, this cabin features a queen sized bed. The Woody provides guests with a 2 bedroom, full bath, Glamping tent at Glamping Retro! The separate bedrooms include a queen bed in one, and a twin bunk bed in the other. Also included is a kitchen equipped with a mini fridge, electric burner, sink, and coffee bar. Guests will also have access to the onsite luxurious bath house and pavilion. The Woody is one of 9 rental units at Glamping Retro, which sits on a total of 16 acres. We border the TN/NC state line and the Pisgah National Forest.

Plenty of hiking and biking tails close by. It's also near Furman University.

Boone Gorge Camp

Cozy, with electric heat and AC. Double-layered, all-season 16'x16' tent by a waterfall on a private drive. Only three minutes from Boone, yet away from it all! Minutes to App Ski Mtn, Tweetsie, fishing, and restaurants. Weekly-serviced port-a-john close by for bathroom. Shower hut with hot water basin when temperatures are above freezing. Rec center nearby for cold-weather pay showers. Firepit and picnic area, firewood, water, WiFi and electricity. Additional 8'x8' tent pad adjacent.
