It is a bright and spacious three-room apartment from the 1960s, lived in and cared for with love by a young couple. 🏘️ It is located in the Sant'Agostino neighborhood, a central and authentic area of Alghero, full of main services (cafés, markets, pastry shops, wine shops, and restaurants). 📍 10 minutes from the historic center (Piazza Sulis), the ramparts and the beach of Las Tronas. 15 minutes from the port and 20 minutes from the Lido di Alghero.
