We rent this beautiful apartment, which is located in a detached house on the outskirts of the city of Klagenfurt. She belongs to our daughter, who has decided to move to the center of Klagenfurts and thus the apartment is available for guests. The apartment is 100 square meters, 1 bedroom, a large kitchen-living room with open living room and an idyllic 15 square meter terrace. In 15 minutes you are at Lake Klopein, the warmest swimming lake in Austria. In 20 minutes at Lake Wörthersee, landmark Klagenfurt.

Das Apartment ist hell und freundlich. Es gibt einen Wohn/Schlafraum mit Balkon, eine Küche, ein Badezimmer. Hinter dem Haus ist ein Garten der benutzt werden kann. Die Bushaltestelle, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Arzt, Apotheke, Friseur, Fitnessstudio, Kaffeehaus...sind 3 bis 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Ins Zentrum und zum Krankenhaus fährt man 10 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und eignet sich sehr für längere Aufenthalte. Der gratis Parkplatz ist vor dem Haus.

We had a lovely few days staying at Robin’s property in Klagenfort. He was very helpful and always responsive. The apartment is clean and spacious, very comfortable for 3 of us to stay for 3 nights. Check-in and out was clear and simple. There is free parking available which was an added bonus. Thank you!

A fantastic place to stay with heart and soul – unforgettable stay with Huberta in Völkermarkt Our stay at Huberta's place was simply magical! The place is beautiful and decorated with attention to detail – a feel-good oasis. The spacious rooms, partly with a freestanding bathtub, exude luxury. Everything was spotlessly clean which made the comfort perfect. The cozy living room with fireplace became our favorite place. The cozy atmosphere and flame play made every moment special. The fully equipped kitchen left nothing to be desired. Here we cooked together, even prepared and enjoyed a festive Christmas dinner. The house is a true gem, perfectly equipped and invites you to linger. The surroundings are also enthusiastic: nature, excursions and the nearby Wörthersee are highlights. We love Huberta's hospitality and this unique place to stay. A stay we will never forget. Absolutely recommended!

We had a wonderful stay! The location of the place is quiet and great for unwinding. The check in was super easy thanks to the lockbox, and the modern smart home equipment was and very impressed. We were visiting family in Klagenfurt. We felt comfortable as soon as we entered the apartment. The apartment is newly decorated and offers all the comforts that are needed. It is very clean and cozy. For us as "country lovers," the quiet location right on the edge of the forest was optimal. We enjoyed the tranquility during walks and on the associated balcony. Isabella and her husband were available to us at all times. They are friendly and welcoming hosts. At the reception, farm products were in the fridge for us. We think that's a great welcome gesture. We can recommend staying at this place without reservation.

Lovely big apartment. Eike very helpful when needed. Close to main station, where lots of buses can take you into town or to the lake. We were worried about noise before we arrived but the trains didn't keep us awake at night at all. Happy to recommend the apartment to anyone visiting Klagenfurt.

I have booked the apartment for my parents. They were absolutely thrilled about Irmgard‘s place. Everything was just as described, clean and very easy to find. Irmgard was a responsive host, with proactive communication and flexible check-in times. The city centre of Klagenfurt can be reached by car in 10min. Next time when we are in Klagenfurt, this is our place to stay. I can only recommend it! :)
