Family-friendly vacation rentals in Pinner

We had a wonderful Christmas week at Flagpole Cottage. The hosts' home was clean, welcoming and extremely well-equipped. We had everything necessary for preparing family feasts, having a wood fire, plenty of bathrooms and comfortable beds. Robin and Francine even left a beautifully decorated real Christmas tree for us the enjoy (and put our presents under), a very thoughtful touch. We enjoyed the hot tub and trampoline (we were lucky with the weather, cold but not rainy) as well as the local walks to pubs. We bought our Christmas turkey (ordered in advance) at the fabulous Flower Farm shop, which is nearby and is a great source for all things edible. Robin and Francine's guide to local amenities and activities is thorough and quite useful. Robin was very attentive and open to queries but everything was so clearly laid out we didn't really have any questions. One last thing - the gardens are exceptional - even in December! I was in awe - especially the topiary. The old yew trees! xx

Enjoyed our stay! The location was close to the tube, bus, shops, and restaurants. Reggie was very accommodating with check in and check out. He checked regularly to see if we needed anything. Would definately recommend this place! Terrific host and his assistant! Thank you for hosting us and would stay again if we are in London!

Great place and great host

This was my second visit to Carol-Anne's beautiful flat, and it definitely won't be the last. I love everything about it. Minutes from the Northern Line and with an abundance of little shops minutes down the road, I felt at home and could easily get anywhere in or out of London. Clean, beautifully decorated, and on a lovely quiet street. I couldn't have been happier and hated to leave.

Our short stay at Debbie’s flat was so good! She let us pay £10 per each hour before check in time which was so worth it as we arrived with 4 kids in the morning so it was nice to check in around 11 and get our bags settled so we could spend the rest of the day exploring! The flat was so cute and free of clutter, comfortable, and such easy walking distance from Kings Cross so it was very easy to get around. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and we would honestly want to stay there again if we make our way back to London! Thank you so much for everything!

Absolute lovely place in a quiet area of London. The flat is exactly as described and it has everything you need for a short or long stay. Totally recommended, would love to come back!

Great unit that was close to transportation. Unit was in a safe area. Unit was clean and well equipped. Our host Brett was easy to get ahold of and represented the unit accurately. Would highly recommend.

Amazing London flat! BEST check in (with John) we’ve ever had at Airbnbs- he is amazing & u will want him to stay & socialize after he aptly explains home features & mini instructions! Public transit is close & walkable from flat which is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood Highly recommend staying here if you want to explore London!

We enjoyed our stay at the Fancy Cottage in Kew. Suzanne's cottage was close to Kew Gardens and just steps to the Thames Path as advertised. We enjoyed having our coffee in the sunny breakfast area or eating in after a day of activities. Bedrooms were good sized and it was great having two bathrooms. Easy walk to nice restaurants in Kew. Easy access to Richmond and London by bus or tube. Overall, very peaceful place to stay and enjoy Kew with easy access to all London has to offer.

Truly wonderful location - we walked EVERYWHERE .... Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, Little Venice, Regent's Canal, Camden, Notting Hill, Marylebone, Mayfair .... A very easy commute from Heathrow to the apartment on the Elizabeth Line, alighting at Paddington Station with only a short walk then to the apartment. Ivo & Ann-Mari have thought of EVERYTHING, so the apartment was perfectly appointed - bed was super comfortable plus we were warmly welcomed with a bottle of wine, REAL milk to make a cuppa (so very often not provided) and crumpets and jam for a snack - delicious ! We would like to also acknowledge their kind understanding and calmness when we realised we were 1 day short with our original booking and needed to stay 1 more night at very short notice ! Hannah was attentive to our last minute needs. Apartment is in a great location next to the park and walking distance of Kingston town Center.

We had such a wonderful time. The flat has absolutely everything you need and plenty more. The art, the plants, the books and the decor make it a very special place. Situated close to the beautiful Terrace Gardens and Richmond Park and with cafes , pubs and convenience stores steps away you will not be disappointed. Easy walk down the hill to the station and everything Richmond has to offer. James was absolutely charming and super helpful. Highly recommend🤗

We had a lovely stay at the Old Hay Barn. We were welcomed by Jamie and Chrissie who were extremely friendly and accommodating - and surprised us with a selection of breakfast goodies for our stay. Any questions we had were answered straight away which we really appreciated. The surrounding area was fantastic to explore, especially helped by the maps left by the hosts. The barn itself had so much character and a real charm about it (we couldn’t stop admiring it the whole time we were there). Very comfy and cosy, even if we hadn’t have gone out to explore we would have been happy just staying in. It was lovely to be able to bring our dog too who loved the long walks! Thank you so much for our stay, we hope to come back in the future.

Booked this stay for my parents and they absolutely loved it! Said the location was perfect, the cottage was everything they’d wished for and felt lucky to have spent the night there.

Very nice, cosy, and comfortable place near Clapham Junction and Battersea Park. Plenty of walkable locations; the place is quiet despite its location, and it really feels like home. Going to my favourite places to stay in London.

A fabulous country cottage within large gardens including a pretty waterlily pond & beautiful wildflower meadow. Lovely views & country walks on the doorstep. Very welcoming, friendly hosts made us feel at home straight away. Idyllic! The bed was super comfy too! We’d definitely recommend this property & stay again. Thank you Karen & Phil

Want a nice quiet spot in West London that's affordable? This is it. Always got peaceful nights sleep and it's easy to get to the underground or walks to Shepherd's Bush.

Jodi’s home is a great place to stay. We were going to a wedding at Hackney Town Hall and could walk easily there and to the restaurant afterwards. It’s also beautifully located looking out at London Fields. The home was well provided for, we had everything we needed and so much more. We loved the decor, there was so much to see and read. Thank you Jodi, you were so helpful too and we loved your home.

We had such a lovely family stay at this beautiful pool house! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The space was spotlessly clean and well-kept, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. Carmel was absolutely wonderful—so kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed before we had even arrived, which made our stay even more special. The highlight, of course, was the pool! It was stunning and incredibly relaxing—perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy. Whether we were swimming, lounging poolside, or just enjoying the peaceful surroundings, it truly felt like a slice of paradise.
