E imóvel além de possuir o diferencial de ser a casa 1, com localização e vista privilegiada, conta com 3 andares. No 1º andar as áreas sociais e uma jacuzzi, no 2º temos 3 dormitórios (1 suíte e 1 BWC) e no 3º o sotão,um quarto em conceito aberto. A jacuzzi não possui aquecimento.
