Private balcony, has a TV, good quality wifi, minibar, air-conditioning, stove, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, cold water. Parking inside the lot near the kitchenette, closed with electronic gate = you receive a control to enter and exit whenever you want. Unique view to the Sea with a lot of peace and quiet.
