In the summer, we open our residence for accommodation. Relax in this quiet, stylish space. Equipped kitchen. Air-conditioned in suite only. Villa room with a fan. Ground floor, beautiful and planned apto, with grills on the windows and screens against mosquitoes. Parking with two parking spaces. 40m from the beach Artesian Wellwater, with a characteristic odor. Near the beaches of Ponta do Papagaio, Pinheira and Guarda do Embaú. Approximately 40 km from Florianópolis and Garopaba.
