No crowds and close to the center (12 minutes), good restaurants, cafes and bistros. There are two units on the property in addition to the owners' house.

CASA PÉ NA AREIA - Semi-private beach, calm sea

Come and spend a few days in the coziness and the tranquility that only a house on the beach can offer. Simple house but complete on the general street with a grocery store at 50 mts. It's not a place for parties or events. The beach has no exit to the street, it is for you. The land has two independent houses, you are on the ground floor, at the height of the beach, with the garage and the balcony with a barbecue grill. The upper house gets used to being uninhabited, when someone is an elderly couple.
