We had a wonderful stay at this sweet home in Sesimbra, Portugal. The home felt clean, private, safe and comfortable. We loved the layout of the home and especially how the family room opened up to the view of the pool. The backyard is a nice view of farmland as well homes tucked into the hills. The kitchen was nicely equipped with what we needed to make simple meals at home. The backyard is such a relaxing oasis and our kids loved swimming in the pool. Joana and Luis were responsive, kind and helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here. Be sure to visit the town of Sesimbra because it carries its own charm.

We can highly recommend this accommodation! The house with the pool, great rooms and bathrooms as well as lounges was just wonderful. Everything has been thought of in the furnishings and equipment. We loved everything about this house! The sunset in the nearby lagoon made the stay perfect. Mafalda is a great host and communication was always friendly and extremely helpful. We enjoyed staying at this house.The decor is beautiful—stylish but still super cozy—and you can tell a lot of thought was put into how the space is set up. The beds were comfy, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. One of our favorite parts was the outdoor area. Having both a barbecue and a fire pit made it perfect for spending evenings outside, grilling food, chatting, and just enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The kitchen was also well stocked with all the utensils and tools we needed, which made cooking meals easy and enjoyable. The location couldn’t be better,just a short drive to some of the most beautiful beaches in Comporta, and close to amazing restaurants. Guillerme was a fantastic host. He gave us super clear instructions before check-in, shared great local recommendations, and checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. He was always quick to reply if we had any questions, which made the experience even better.

Wir waren mit Freunden da und das Haus war perfekt dafür geeignet. Der große Essbereich, die vielen Schlafzimmer und der einmalige Pool mit Blick bis zum Meer haben uns überzeugt. Für besondere Anlässe kann man seit neuestem eine Art Wintergarten dazu mieten, der riesig ist und zum Verweilen im Garten einlädt, auch bei niedrigeren Temperaturen. Die Zufahrt mit einem Camper ist etwas eng, sobald es Gegenverkehr gibt. Wir waren zunächst auch etwas verunsichert, weil es ein Durchfahrts-Verboten Schild für Wohnmobilen gibt. António hat uns dann abgeholt und uns alles gezeigt. Er war jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar und wir durften unseren Camper mit Strom und Wasser befüllen.

Amazing place, the view is so incredible, we spent a really great time at the villa, it is peaceful, beautiful and private! If I come back to Portugal I would definitely want to come back! Thank you again for everything!

Matteos Unterkunft hätte für unsere Urlaubszwecke nicht besser geeignet sein können. Wir reisten mit Großeltern und zwei Kindern. Alles war wie angegeben und der Ausblick war fantastisch. Wir hatten für die Zeit einen Mietwagen und Ericeira mit all seinen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten war tatsächlich nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Tagsüber bereisten wir diverse Ausflugsziele und den späten Nachmittag genossen wir am hiesigen Pool! Wir waren absolut begeistert und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Danke

I stayed in Alcochete for 6 weeks and both the house and area exceeded expectations (which were high to begin with). The town is a treasure, being both delightful and close to Lisbon (30 minutes by bus). The house is perfect for one or two people (maybe more). and has a good internet connection for working. The agent Vitoria was responsive and helpful (albeit unable to fix a nationwide power outage!) Highly recommended.

The place was modern and comfortable. I had 2 good nights of sleep in there. Shower was good, everything worked well. The location will depend on what you want. Everything was clean apart from the calcium in the bathroom glass. Honestly it doesn’t bother me at all, it is just a tip for the owners. Everything else was perfect, I would definitely stay there again depending on my needs due to its location. You can see that the owners really care about how you feel when staying at their place.

We had a wonderful stay! Just a short summary of pros and cons: + Antonio and Maria were great hosts - communication and help was excellent when needed. They brought fresh bread every morning which means less driving to the next town as a guest - fantastic! The house has an amazing view. which is almost unbeatable. The neighborhood is calm with no hotels/noise. - Compared to the fotos it was a bit smaller and older/with signs of normal use than we expected, but of course its sometimes difficult to tell by pictures. Since its southern Europe, be prepared for some insects (has nothing to do with the accommodation but might be helpful to know) - but Antonio and Maria had us prepared with some mosquito repellents and insecticide sprays. The lower bathroom has a strange smell when the drain hasn't been used regulary - but Antonio offered help immediately after we wold him and eventually it improved . All in all a great stay just with some small hints you should know - thank you again!

Wir haben 2 Tage in Palmela bei Christoph und Doris verbracht und das war definitiv zu kurz. Wir wurden sehr nett von Doris (mit Waffeln) empfangen. Es ist eine wunderschöne, großzügige Wohnung mit einem ruhigen und begrünten Innenhof. Fußläufig (wenngleich relativ steil :( ) kann man Restaurants etc erreichen. Leider hatten wir das Pech, Sonntag und Montag dort zu sein und viel der schönen Restaurants waren an diesen Tagen geschlossen. Aber es dürfte sich sicherlich lohnen. Andere Gäste haben ja schon beschrieben, was man alles in der Umgebung unternehmen kann. Ich kann den Aufenthalt dort wirklich empfehlen, nicht nur als letzten Stopp vor dem Flughafen Lissabon, sondern wirklich als eigenständigen Aufenthalt. Es gibt viel zu tun und zu entdecken. Und man kommt dann immer zurück in die kühle (!) wunderschöne Wohnung.

Amazing two level house. Loved staying there! Ceu and her daughter were amazing and so responsive throughout my stay. Would highly recommend staying here if you need a big place. Has a nice patio to sit out and beautiful views of the water !

Ivanka is a super easy going and welcoming host. Great communication, the house is top, small but has everything you need. The location facing the river has amazing sunset views. Definitely a place to revisit.

Our host Sophia was extremely helpful and always responsive. My family had a wonderful time visiting Lisbon. The house was very comfortable for our family of eight. We would highly recommend this bnb for any family visiting Portugal!

We loved our stay at Figueiredo’s place. Perfect for us as a couple, with a private pool and deck to relax on in the evening. Quiet location within easy reach of Cascais, via Uber or a short walk, with its great food options. Communication was easy and everything was as described. Would highly recommend this place is you are looking for somewhere quiet near Cascais.

Fantastic stay. The house is large, well-equipped, and ideal for groups or families. The pool area was clean and inviting—perfect for both lounging and entertaining. Inside, every convenience was thought of: good Wi-Fi, smart appliances, and plenty of space to spread out. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and style. It was our best experience with Airbnb by far. Everything was just perfect: amazing views, well equipped kitchen, clean bathroom, powerful shower, comfortable bed. Falling asleep to the sound and smell of the sea felt like the best feeling in the world! The host was super responsive, helpful and provided great recommendations of things to do in the area. Sintra is a magical destination. So many people make it a day trip from Lisbon and, in so doing, miss out on the heart of this community. We were thrilled that Hugo and Laura provided this opportunity for us to more fully explore this amazing place. Their Casa das Rosas is exactly as described, very compact and usable. It takes a little getting used to the arrangement of floors with bedroom and shower on the top floor and bathroom and kitchen two floors below, but it works. Laura and Hugo are most gracious hosts and we received very clear instruction regarding parking, entry, use of space and departure. The welcome gifts were much appreciated as well. Great shower! Well equipped kitchen. We would recommend this place to anyone who is OK with climbing stairs.

The house is situated in an elevated position with great views of the sea and town, set in a large natural garden which you enter through electric gates. There is plenty of space to park your car and you can leave the surfboard on the roof rack confident that nobody can steal it. The house itself is beautifully renovated. Every aspect of it displays good taste. It is well-equipped and everything works perfectly. The location could not be better. A ten-minute walk takes you down through the old town with its many excellent eating places, to the town beach and promenade. The host, Anna, is charming and helpful. In short, we cannot recommend this place too strongly. It is one of the best rental homes we have ever stayed in.
