"Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

There is everything you need to cook or enjoy a moment of rest and you can visit the farm as well as the surrounding paths. You can park one or more cars right out front.

The single-storey house comprises a kitchen open to the living room, two bedrooms, shower room and separate toilet, semi-sheltered terrace and private parking. The house is located 10 min drive to the historic center of Bergerac and the airport, 2 to 5 min drive to the shopping area (Leclerc, various restaurants, shops, pharmacy), bowling, laser play, karting.

Small renovated house in the countryside with indoor and private jacuzzi. It can be used from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. (in filtration outside these hours). Temperature 36° (let us know if this doesn't work for you) Equipped kitchen with basic products. Towels and linens are provided. Bathroom with towels and toiletries. No WIFI Cats are present in the outdoor environment. Unenclosed garden.
