Perfect location and amenities from the beach club across the street without the crowds was an awesome bonus. Pool and beach and gym access was amazing without having to pay for parking elsewhere. Just walk across the street. Apartment was homie and relaxing

We had a great stay at Sasa’s place. The pool was wonderful and warm, people we encountered were extremely friendly, balcony was fantastic, and the area itself was great. Sasa was also incredibly responsive. Highly recommend - everything was exactly as described, and we felt very safe.

Communication from the time I placed the reservation was easy. Brandon responded to my inquiries and questions promptly. The property is lovely and conveniently located in Pass a Grille. We loved our stay and will certainly consider this location in the future.

Enjoyed our stay here! The toliet did leak a little one night but soon resolved. Anytime we had a concern or question the host was quick to respond. It was quiet, clean, and memorable.

A great place to stay. The pool is in walking distance and so nice. We stayed a week and it was never crowded and the place was clean.

Absolutely fantastic! Had everything we needed and more in the condo for a great stay. Highly recommend this place and the management team. So much is within walking distance. This is our second time staying in this complex and this condo is the absolute best.

I think this has been my favorite stay so far. The home was beautiful. The location was perfect for the graduation we were in town for. And Hoa was always responsive to any and all messages that were sent. We would definitely stay here again.

Place was great for our extended family vacation. It's in a local neighborhood that was quiet but still very close to the beach. The home was very clean and comfortable for everyone. The pool was nice and clean. We enjoyed the pool table, grill, outdoor patio, and movie room. We appreciated all of the little amenities and stocked mini bar. We had two small asks that they addressed the very next day. The kitchen was well appointed and the overall floor plan worked really well. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My friend and I had a great stay at Lisa's place. It's a short walk to the main downtown area and the included bikes were handy for going a bit further to explore the surrounding area along the greenway!

The house is very spacious all appliances in the house are up to date. Beds were very comfy and plenty of outdoor seating for watching the wildlife that cruises the shore line. We got to see the dolphins cruising in the bay along with flamingos and egrets and the pelicans. Neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves. Drive into Clearwater is easy and quick. Well worth the stay for the family getaway

We stayed with family and small children. The place was nice and open and made me feel comfortable knowing I could see them at all times. The home had everything you needed including kitchen ware and pool toys. The view was amazing and just a peaceful place to sit by the pool and watch the boats go by. Renay was great and always responded quickly. We will be coming back next year for our visit!

Caleb’s place was perfect for our short stay! The beds and couch were very comfortable. The unit was very clean and well stocked. Our favorite part was the golf cart, we took several rides through the neighborhoods and to restaurants. Overall great stay!

Wow great place and great hosts!! Conrad had no problem adjusting checkout time because we lost two days of our trip because of Tropical Storm Debbie and our plane was to leave much later that day. They also got in touch with us to see if we were doing well and if we needed anything because of the storm. Place was well equipped. We were 6 and it was great to have a shower that had its own door so that others could get ready in the bathroom. There was a half bathroom downstairs too! Just minutes to the beach, Dollar Tree, liquor store and Winn Dixie!! We would definitely stay here again!!

Melinda’s place is absolutely beautiful. We could see dolphins and other wildlife from our patio. The pool was very well maintained and heated. Perfect temp every day. We also spent some time on the private beach. The condo was very bright and clean. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pans, etc. She also had some throw blankets, plenty of towels, etc. Melinda answered all of my questions very promptly. We enjoyed a very relaxing vacation and can’t wait to stay again.

This was the best Airbnb stay for us yet! Karla’s place had every convenience for our family of 4 to stay and cook for the week. The pool and private beach were perfect and you can tell she put a lot of thought into the decor and amenities in the condo. There was a minor misunderstanding with the parking pass (completely my fault) and she was very gracious and understanding with us. We would highly recommend.

The place was great - clean and spacious. Maybe a two block walk to the beach and beach items are provided. The grocery store (Winn-Dixie) and cvs are a block away although plenty of restaurants nearby. Rhonda was a great host and added great touches such as welcome snacks. The only minor drawback is the parking garage which is a little tight if you have a large vehicle. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

We had amazing stay! It was a long weekend get away for some rest and relaxation! The place was very clean and had everything as described. Lived the Adirondack chairs to use in the beach!!!! Thanks for a great stay. Hope to visit again!
