Karina hosted me and my dad when our house flooded. She was very easy to communicate with and very hospitable. We would definitely stay again. Her back yard is lovely! The area is so cute and close to the beach. Thanks Karina!!

Will and Grasen’s place was perfect for our week long stay. Close to attractions, parks, restaurants etc. Extremely comfortably bed, nice bathroom. Nice living room area for relaxing. The kitchen area is cozy with a mini fridge, this was fine for my husband and I as we had planned on eating out a lot and didn’t need a ton of fridge space. We loved that they had extra toilet trees in case we forgot something. And we also liked that they had extra beach towels! Overall it was a really nice stay and we would book here again.

I want to say. I was very surprised to get what they said. They are very nice. Awesome location. I’m a single woman traveling for work and I felt safe. You never know what you are going to get and I got more than I signed up for… as far as safety, location, privacy, the room was more than good. And the company was even better. Never over stepped boundaries or agreement. Made great friends forever.

This was an ideal vacation I was looking for. From the location, to the clean interior of the room, the privacy, the peacefulness and quiet. It was 10/10. I enjoyed my time and hope to get them again.

Kenneth’s place is a true gem. Perfect location, amazing surroundings, quiet and safe. The pool area was so serene and inviting, such a lovely little oasis. Kenneth was friendly and available, such a great host. We will definitely return!

This place is a gem as well as its owner. Karina is the perfect host, very friendly, commendable, responds promptly to any questions. The place was immaculate. Just walking in, we felt instantly at home. The place is comfortable, had everything we needed. The inside is beautiful. You feel like every decoration was hung up with thought and meaning. We used the washer and dryer with no problem at all. Wifi was excellent. The location is great, walking distance to Publix, pharmacy, restaurants. About 7 minutes to Passe-A-Grille, a 11-15 minute drive to Treasure Island, depending on traffic. The outside is just as beautiful as the inside. A few sirens at night; what street doesn't have them. The terrace is very private and peaceful, surrounded by a "fence" of palm trees. We spent many night sitting outside enjoying the warm breeze. The area is nice and safe.Topping the prefect vacation, Karina left us with two hospitality gifts. So nice! I strongly recommend this place and I will return.

Nice place. Exactly as it was described. Very clean and tidy and a very quiet location. Not too far from shops either. Would recommend and would use again when in Tampa Bay.

This is a great little spot for those needing a “home-base”while enjoying all the beach has to offer. Would definitely stay here again if it’s available.

This residence was exactly as described. I will say if you are traveling for work or “dress” up, please plan for your own iron. This is no fault of owner just simply my oversight. Also note there is a closet complete with hangers, but no dresser, if you are a heavy packer like me you will need to keep other clothing in luggage.

Jose’s place is a Gem, just as described. This place has everything you need, and the shower is AMAZING. This will definitely be my go to place when visiting Tampa!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED😊

We truly enjoyed ourselves! The location was central to all the attractions we visited & the neighborhood was very peaceful. I loved the aesthetic of the decor and the bathroom was beautiful. The backyard was also a plus for our dog!! I highly recommend this location!

Was super location and perfect for commuting for work. Room was set back, so you didn't hear the traffic. Close to planet fitness which was great.

IF YOU ARE A COUPLE IT DOESNT GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS! THIS WAS AMAZING AND SPACIOUS! The floors have a very luxury feel and the bed was so comfy and clean. WiFi was amazing, location was amazing, and everything about this place and the host was perfect! You are missing out if you don’t book here!

My sister and I stayed for a sister trip, it was amazing! My sister is really picky about where she stays, and hard to please and she loved it here! Christy was very helpful and responded quickly! We didn’t have any issues at all! Would definitely recommend this to anyone! We hope to stay again!!

We stayed for a little over a week at this cute and cozy guest house. It was exactly as described and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Julie and Zoli were quick to respond to our messages, and were very flexible with us.

Gloria’s private suite was everything this busy mama needed for a relaxing beach getaway with my kids. She has everything you need to have a great day at the beach including coolers, beach wagon, toys, sunscreen, towels, blankets and more. We loved coming back to the private saltwater pool for a swim after a long day of exploring. The suite felt like a home away from home and Gloria was so accommodating to not only us but my dog who she had filtered water, treats and toys waiting for him when we arrived and also let him hang out with her and her dog while we were at the beach! The location is close to many beautiful parks and beaches. We enjoyed watching the sunset from Sunset Beach close by. Would definitely book here again!

I had an amazing stay at Reene's place. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The location was nice and she was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Bill is such a kind and communicative host! He responded within ten minutes any time I reached out. The little apartment was sparkling clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need during a stay. The pool was sparkling clean. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in while traveling and I’ve been traveling for work for decades! I will never stay anywhere else while in St. Petersburg unless I can’t get my reservation in with Bill. If there were ten stars, I would rate Bill’s little place a ten! 🥰

We have stayed here before, and this was another great experience! The place was clean, readily available, with a pool and Jacuzzi on site, which made the peace all the more peaceful! We would sit at the pool and watch boats go by in the morning with our coffee, I relax at the Jacuzzi at night. Excellent location to the beach and local restaurants, and it was also easy to hop on the highway or the main roads and skip to another beach within a couple of minutes. We would highly recommend!
