Many restaurants and fast food within 5 minutes walk (Denny's, Chili's, Church's Chicken, Burger King, Wendy's, Pizza Hut, Marcos Pizza) host supplies guidebook. Uber available in this area! CVS and Walgreens near.

This is a large studio on the top floor of a 12-story condo, located right on the sand, with a truly breathtaking view of the best beach in San Juan (rated #1 urban beach in the world by USA today), floor-to-ceiling windows, reserved parking, split AC unit, WiFi, and Roku TV, in a secure building with key-operated elevators. Extras: 24 hours security, power plant in the building and battery back up for the apartment.

All very accessible, since it is a first floor, right at the entrance of the beach. Marbella del Caribe is an extremely central and safe condominium that is indeed on the beach, surrounded by all kinds of culinary flavor, music and folklore. Our guests have the option of having a relaxing vacation or Enjoy night life just a cross the street.
