We are located in a Peninsula so you can decide from 2 different beach scenes. Also walking distance to various Hotels, bars, and restaurants.

Building Marbella del Caribe is the most popular in the area b/c of its location and amenities. 24/7 security.

This is a large studio on the top floor of a 12-story condo, located right on the sand, with a truly breathtaking view of the best beach in San Juan (rated #1 urban beach in the world by USA today), floor-to-ceiling windows, reserved parking, split AC unit, WiFi, and Roku TV, in a secure building with key-operated elevators.
