Very comfortable place, the house is incredible and surrounded by trees and has a lot of privacy. Mariana and Agustín's attention was very good and fast. We were 7 of us and we were more than well stayed.

The house is super nice, modern, comfortable mattresses and has 2 bathrooms. Located about 12 blocks from the beach approx. It has a nice patio and a grill with a pergola that is also very nice. We went in June, so it was quite cold in Valeria, but the house has heating in all the spaces, so we were super warm. Hernan gave us all the necessary information to enter, he offered us a flexible check-in and check-out, which is awesome. I broke a glass, but Hernan didn't make a fuss, a boss. My only recommendation would be to offer the towel and sheet service for those of us who want to travel light, but the rest is 10 points. The accommodation is highly recommended and the host is a genius.

Our stay was just perfect. We travel as a family, six people and our beloved pet, and we all enjoyed every corner of the house. It's a beautiful place, equipped with all the necessary and more. The garden is a true oasis, the grill was ideal for sharing unforgettable moments, and the wood-fired home gave our nights a warm and welcoming touch. Everything was spotless and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to create unforgettable memories in such a special place!

The stay at Cristian's house was very pleasant! I found everything tidy, clean and just as shown in the pictures. It has all the necessary elements and I felt very comfortable. The area is very quiet and safe, ideal for resting. Cristian is a very friendly and attentive person. He was always attentive and provided me with info and recommendations for the area. The apartment is just as it is shown. There were 3 of us and we were very, very comfortable. Maybe if there are 4 adults, you might be a little tight. The building is very modern, it has everything. Elevators (2), swimming pool, parking, game room, living room, laundry room and gym. 10 points. The view makes it very spacious and warm. The living room is very spacious. If you go, I recommend keeping in mind that the dishes are only for 4 people, I mean that if for some reason you invite someone to dinner, they should bring their own cutlery/plate/glass. But the rest is perfect. It has a refrigerator, oven, air conditioning and everything you need to have a good stay. Maybe the bathroom is a little small, but it's fine. It's great to be a 10-minute walk from downtown Pinamar, maybe walking to the beach takes a little longer. If you have a car, in 5 minutes you're at the beach and the garage is very spacious. I recommend the apartment, the value for money is very good, with a central and quiet area.

The apartment has everything you need to stay, comfortable mattresses, clean sheets and towels, fully equipped kitchen, meters from the sea with private entrance to the beach, an incredible view where you can see the sunrise sitting in the chair, clean and tidy, garage next to the elevator. It is perfectly located, you can walk downtown and enjoy a walk in the forest. We went as a family and had a great time. Pablo is the best!! Thanks Pablo!! We'll be back!!

The ideal place to escape from the chaos, the apartment's surroundings are amazing, several kilometers of forest, a chapel outside that is worth visiting and the beach a few meters from where you have breakfast. The apartment is impeccable, clean, neat wherever you look and has everything you need during your stay. The best sunset can be seen from that balcony. A stunningly equipped apartment next to the ocean. There was everything you needed and even more. You could watch the sunset from the balcony, and the beach was only a 3-minute walk away. We really wanted to stay longer.
